How to make classic takeout Chicken Chow Mein at home. It is a great dish made with chicken and vegetables and served with rice and wonton strips. The wonton strips (or fried noodles) might be the reason this is called Chow Mein while this is the other Chow Mein, stir fried noodles.
Hi everyone! Did you ever have Chicken Chow Mein like this? It is actually very delightful dish, a takeout to be made at home. Please try.
    大家好!你吃过这个鸡肉炒白菜吗?很清新哟, 试试看吧。
    Thank you! Love, Ling

You can use the corn starch slurry and it'll thicken it up and be vegan :P You don't have to do much except take out the animal products and add tofu or extra veggies. This is a really easy recipe to make vegan ^_^ in fact, a lot of the recipes on her channel have really great cooking methods that are easy to swap to vegan. I'm not vegan, but probably about 90% of what I cook and eat is, because it's just the types of foods that I like. I never have a problem making the swap.

This is the recipe I was looking for. My grandpa worked for a family owned Chinese food restaurant. He cooked the American food on their menu. He would bring home the Chinese food that was leftover. This is how they made their chicken chow mein. My favorite dish.
