No OSU, no Michigan, no PSU. That is a huge relief for Rutgers now that there are no divisions. 8-4
Thanks for the Rutgers content! Hoping for 8-4
If Rutgers can straighten out Wimsetts' accuracy problems, with all his talent and skill set, Rutgers will be the biggest surprise in the B1G with 8-10 wins.
Athan Kaliakmanis might take QB1 spot
True
Wimsatts been on the team for 3 seasons his accuracy is not going to improve. I’m hoping somehow AJ Surace blows past expectations in camp and wins the starting job. Only quarterback on the roster who threw accurately in high school and he threw over 70%
I have them at a solid 7=5 W/L upcoming season. And following the famous “on any given Sunday rule” they pull a doozie upset and wind up with an 8-4 record. And then there’s the lucky one where you don’t deserve a win but the opponents give it to you and you end the regular season with a 9-3 record - that’s the best scenario for the regular season. Then RU scores again in a massive Bowl victory and at a minimum they wind up 8-5 and plugging in the “Subway Rule” and the “gifted win” and another back to back Bowl win it should be a 10-3:full season.
I really believe that Schaino has problems with the interior DL and hopefully these linemen are being skill upgraded to counter thus weakness. Additionally I think Virginia Tech and MSU will be very very tough games for RU as these opponents are looking for revenge. I see blood and fire in ther eyes. It’s the responsibility of the HC to also motivate our team to play to or over their capabilities- let’s not end the season like last year.
Green: Howard, Akron
Pink: Minnesota, Illinois
White: Nebraska, UCLA, Maryland, Michigan State
Yellow: Virginia Tech, Washington, Wisconsin, USC
Caught a major break with not playing Oregon, Ohio State, Michigan or Iowa this season but they have a lot of 50/50 games this season for the Scarlet Knights!!!
50/50 games: Virginia Tech, Washington, Nebraska, UCLA, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan State
Wins: Howard, Akron, Michigan State
Underdogs: USC, Wisconsin
I have Rutgers improving by a game this season at 7-5...
That 'll be fine...whomever gives us the best chance to win .We also have a future Superstar in the mix with AJ Surace in the wings.....to the victor goes the spoils! The Sleeping Giant is getting ready to open some eyes in the B1G!
I’m going to put the Washington in the blue. But I do agree with the other 50:50 games for Rutgers.
8 or 9 wins
7-5
