A lot of People actually forget that Eurovision is a Music Contest...They performed perfectly,all their notes were absolutely spot on (unlike some other artists,who didnt perform that well,due to exhaustion or everything else that was happening) and they came through.
They have a great,personal song,a good message to share (no i am not gender fluid,but their voice need to be heard).
What's more to ask?
This year,turned out to be a Stamina contest both physically and mentally as well.

Estonia are absolutely awesome musically, not funny. They just were still a bit before their time. A bit too avant-garde yet for Eurovision this year. In a couple of years, if other countries will keep sending songs like that, they are gonna get their deserved recognition.

Honestly if you ask me, it was absolutely ridiculous to see vocal flops like Austria and UK getting more points from the juries than a man from Estonia who excels at controlling his voice when singing with both a deep sexy voice and a high one, or a lady with a white voice from Norway who was hitting some totally mindblowing notes.

Croatia was my winner but I had Switzerland ranked second after the semi-finals so I think Baby Lasagna came second to another great song and artist. ☺️ I do think the juries gave Switzerland an unbeatable score just like they did with Sweden last year though. 😅
That said, Croatia did win the televotes so that’s definitely a victory to celebrate.

When I heard the songs for the first time, I got the most winning vibes from Switzerland and my instincts were telling me the truth! I have honestly been obsessed with The Code ever since I first heard it and I still love it just as much. I think it is even better performed live than the music video. I'm so lucky I got to hear and see Nemo perform it at the live rehearsal before the big final. I'm so happy for Switzerland, not having won ever since 1988. Nemo seems like the most sweetest person ever. I love Eurovision but there are a lot of things that still need to change. Eurovision is about bringing people together, not bring people apart.

I do not know the right answer, but I have two interpretations. Song says "Like ammonites, I just gave it some time". First I thought that they refer to the fact that ammonites are fossiles that have been buried for long time before someone found them. So referring to "time" there. And also letting things/thoughts to be/rest for some time. Then I also realised that ammonites are in form of spiral - and spiral symbolises spiritual growth and the cycle of life.

@cps5149 it's about all sorts of identities actually. For example every participant has a national identity. The first person in any group or community to win is always going to be a moment for that community.
@@cps5149 recently it has been more about that than music. Just look up to the old esc shows in the 2000's or much before. The winner song was a radio hit throughout the summer time even though it was neighbouring voting back then, in the end one could admit it was universally deserved winner.
