As a child he told his parents that he will be on the Eurovision stage one day. Then his parents died but he still kept on working hard to get to Eurovision. And after all this hardwork he finally gets the chance to be on Eurovision but then his chance was ruined by a rude reporter and got he disqualified..
It was not what he expected,but still he made it to that stage…I hope he is keeping that in mind❤️

Swedish police confirmed that a man had been reported for making "unlawful threats" at Malmö Arena, after Thursday's semi-final.
"The police have taken all essential investigative measures and questioned the suspect, plaintiff and witnesses," a spokesperson said.

Joost Klein dedicated this song to his father, who died when he was 12 years old due to cancer. His dad taught him that the world has no actual boundaries. His mother died a year later, when he was 13, due to cardiac arrest. Before his dad passed, Joost was already writing all kinds of stuff and promised one day he was going to go to Eurovision. He has gone through so many challenges in life, and it is a true inspiration to see how he deals with them.

He got angry but never touched anyone, just made a gesture to the camera. The camerawoman is crying wolf, and the punishment is way out of proportion, since he was provoked by her several times. Rules and respect go both ways! The camerawoman should get fired for ignoring his request repeatingly, and blowing up his (and his countries) dream to be on the stage. This song is really perfect. He managed to tribute his parents, his childhood, Dutch culture and Europe all in the same song, and it is still good. So sad that this whole ordeal has to be this infuriating…
