@@dbroyawner5543 When George Zimmerman first saw Trayvon Martin, Trayvon was on the grass near a house that had been broken into recently.
He was walking slowly in the dark and the rain looking at the house.
When he saw George he walked east in the direction to the house where he was staying.
He walked down Twin Trees Lane and out of sight.
George drove down Twin Trees Lane to see if he could tell where
      Trayvon went.
Then Trayvon ran south towards the back gate.
The dispatcher asked George which way that was.
George then got out and tried to follow in the direction that he had seen Trayvon run.
15 seconds later, George stopped on the advice of the dispatcher.
      Where did Trayvon go?
According to Trayvon's girlfriend, Trayvon lost George and made it home.
Then Trayvon decided to go back 100 yards in the dark and the rain to find George.
Trayvon confronted assaulted and tried to kill George.
Trayvon was actually high on weed.
Trayvon tried to buy a small cigar at the 7-11, but the clerk refused to sell it because he was underage.
After Trayvon left the store, 3 squirrelly guys walked in and one of them went up to the counter and bought a couple of small cigars.
He went outside and then a couple of minutes later, Trayvon is seen walking back towards the community where he was staying.
It took Trayvon about 15 minutes to walk to the store and almost 40 minutes to walk back.
Thc was found in Trayvon's system at the autopsy.

when people are nervous....the mind cleans the slate. Mom and Dad hired a high profile attorney who specialized in race related crimes. It's his job to make the crimes look "race related". But the way it all began and this is court documented was that Mom couldn't handle her unruly son, who is now dead. Trayvon who had a police record went to live with his dad, where there would be much more leniency and Trayvon could now do as he pleased with no real structure.
Trayvon a new face in the gated community went to the store and returned home. He didn't like it that he was being watched, which is what Neighborhood Watch is all about folks. He got home was ticked off that Zimmerman had been observing his actions so, he went back out hid behind the bushes and jumped out in front of him to catch him by surprise just as he had done in school to students (see school videotape exhibits), he then assaulted Zimmerman by punching him in the nose breaking it and then tackled him to the ground bashing Zimmerman's head repeatedly into the concrete while he held Zimmermen straddled (leg-locked) him in MMA fashion. He beat Zimmerman for a whole minute until Trayvon attempted to reach for Georges gun that revealed itself from under George Zimmerman's jacket in the struggle. Trayvon would either kill George with brain damage or finish him off with the gun which he was now aware of. George blocked Trayvon's arm, grabbed the gun himself and at close range shot Trayvon in the chest. It was inevitable as it was the only way Trayvon was going to stop. COME ON PEOPLE. Color is not the problem here. Someone would be killed that night one way or the other all of which is documented history and part of court records.

At that point Zimmerman feared for his life and killed Trayvon. Do I agree with how Zimmerman handled the situation? Absolutely not! Do I think Trayvon confronting him was wrong? Absolutely not, I would’ve done the same thing, but I would not have put my hands on him either. After I heard what I just told you I knew it was going to be Justified, self defense, not guilty. People who want to have an opinion on something they have no actual knowledge of.
I learned years ago, cases are proven by having physical evidence, submitted by something called " a competent fact witness". I watched the trial on you tube and only saw one " competent fact witness" to the claim being made. And that was a fellow named John Goode, who actually saw what happened. And what he testified to, supported Mr Zimmermans' claim of self defense.
What everyone else said or testified to in court is just an opinion, having no relevance to the actual point of law, the case was alledgedly based on.

I personally know of someone I went to school and had a few classes with who got away with claiming "self defense" This guy, like George Zimmerman, was also a former bouncer (in fact, the last time I saw and talked to him, which was before the incident, he was actually working as a security guard at a pro wrestling show I and my dad went to of WWE Hall of Famer Dory Funk ,Jr.). He was a pretty big guy too, and while I haven't seen the victim, apparently the schoolmate was bigger than he was.
What happened was his neighbors, a married couple, got into an argument and the wife left the house then ran over to his house. Instead of just calling the police and letting the police handle the situation, my old schoolmate decided to get his gun then go over to the neighbors' house and confront the husband.
I don't know exactly what happened, but my schoolmate and the husband got into some confrontation there. The schoolmate didn't even have a scratch on him.
The schoolmate shot and killed the husband, who apparently was unarmed, in his own house, then claimed to the police he was "attacked" by the husband (in the husband's own house after the schoolmate confronted him with a gun at his own house).
The schoolmate got off completely. No manslaughter charges, nothing.
By the way, if it matters, it wasn't in Sanford, but it was still in Florida.

Trayvon made it home and then walked back 100 yards in the dark and the rain to find George.
Trayvon confronted assaulted and tried to kill George.

The following was brought out at the trial and NEVER disproven:
George Zimmerman was on his way to the store when he saw Trayvon Martin walking on the grass and looking at a house that had been broken into recently.
George drove past and parked at the clubhouse while he called the non emergency number, and talked to the dispatcher.
Trayvon saw George sitting in his truck, talking on the phone and watching him.
Trayvon told his girlfriend that a guy was watching him.
Trayvon walked past George and down Twin Tree Lane.
George lost sight of Trayvon so he drove down Twin Tree Lane and parked at the cut through.
Trayvon saw George driving down Twin Tree Lane towards him and he told his girlfriend that the guy was following him.
Trayvon's girlfriend told him to run and Trayvon ran south towards the back gate, which was near the house where Trayvon was staying, while he was suspended from school.
After Trayvon ran south towards the back gate, George got out of his truck and tried to follow in the direction that Trayvon ran.
After about 15 seconds, the dispatcher hearing wind noise asked George if he was following the guy and George said yeah.
The dispatcher advised George that they didn't need him to do that.
George said okay and stopped following in the direction that Trayvon ran.
Even though Trayvon ran south towards the back gate, George walked east to the next street as he continued to talk to the dispatcher for another minute and a half.
When Trayvon ran south towards the back gate he was talking on the phone with his girlfriend and the call got disconnected.
Trayvon's girlfriend called him back and Trayvon told her that he had lost the guy and he was at his daddy's fiancee's house in the back.
This was almost 100 yards south of where Trayvon would eventually confront George 3 1/2 minutes later.
According to Trayvon's girlfriend, Trayvon lost George and made it home safe. Did Trayvon go inside the house?
No, Trayvon decided to go back 100 yards in the dark and the rain to find George.
Trayvon confronted George and sucker punched him in the face breaking his nose.
Then Trayvon got George down to the ground and straddled him MMA style.
Trayvon started hitting George and banging his head against the concrete.
George took a beating for over a minute while he was yelling for help and no one helped.
As George was struggling to get loose, his jacket rose up revealing his gun.
George thought that Trayvon was going for the gun, so he blocked Trayvon's arm, grabbed his gun and shot Trayvon in the chest killing him in self defense.
That is why George Zimmerman was found not guilty of 2nd degree murder and not guilty of manslaughter.

      skipping classes. Trayvon
      also bragged about hitting a
      bus driver.

      locker. When the police
      checked his backpack they
      found 12 pieces of expensive
      stolen women's jewelry. Trayvon
told them that a friend gave
them to him, but he refused to
name the friend. The police also
      found a burglary tool.
      3. Trayvon was suspended for
      being caught with a marijuana
      pipe and a baggie with
      marijuana residue in it. The
      police only reported the baggie
      with marijuana residue in it.
Trayvon showed some of his fights on Facebook, but a lot of it was erased by Trayvon's family and their crooked lawyer, Benjamin Crump.
Trayvon told his girlfriend about one of his fights and she told him that he had better stop or he was going to get into more trouble.
Trayvon laughed at her and told her that the fool was going to have to fight him again because he didn't bleed enough.
Trayvon's life was good until he was almost 16.
Trayvon lived with his dad and stepmom, from his 4th birthday until almost his 16th birthday.
      Trayvon loved his stepmom.
Then his dad cheated on his stepmom and they divorced.
Trayvon had to go live with his mother.
The first thing that she did was put Trayvon in a different school which Trayvon hated.
Trayvon started rebelling by experimenting with drugs, he especially loved lean.
Trayvon also smoked marijuana at least twice a week according to Trayvon's girlfriend.
After his 3rd suspension, his mother had enough of his crap.
She kicked him out of her house and told him to go back and live with his dad.
Unfortunately for Trayvon, his dad didn't have room for Trayvon so he asked his fiancee if Trayvon could stay with her and her son Chad for awhile.

The only facts we have is that Zimmerman murdered an innocent man which was despicable and that the cop on the phone with him told him to walk away and let them handle the situation in which he decided to disregard. Zimmerman is an evil man and should have been charged with murder but lets not try to make up things that arent there.

      Wrong!
According to Trayvon's girlfriend, Trayvon lost George and made it home safe.
Then Trayvon decided to go back 100 yards in the dark and the rain to find George.
Trayvon confronted George and sucker punched him in the face breaking his nose.
Then Trayvon got George down and straddled him MMA style.
Trayvon started hitting George and banging his head against the concrete.
George took a beating for over a minute while he was yelling for help and no one helped him.
As George was struggling to get loose, his jacket rose up revealing his gun.
George thought that Trayvon was going for his gun so he blocked Trayvon's arm, grabbed his gun and shot Trayvon in the chest, killing him in self defense to save his own life.

    • @truthonly5716
      @truthonly5716 4 года назад

George Zimmerman had a conceal carry permit since 2009.
In 2009, a pitbull named Big Boi got loose several times.
One time he cornered George's wife.
Another time his mother-in-law had problems with the dog.
Animal control and the police were called.
George asked the police if he should get some pepper spray.
The officer told him to get a gun because pepper spray doesn't always work fast enough to stop a dog.
As do most conceal carriers, George always carried his gun wherever he went.

The point that I think people are missing is that this is what happens when people don't mind their business. Travon was doing nothing wrong, he just looked suspicious which caused a racist Zimmermann to follow him. I do believe Travon confronted him and probably whooped his ass but you gotta understand he was being followed and a car was basically scoping him out. He was probably scared. At that point he was just defending himself. And ofcourse George Zimmerman wasnt strong enough to throw hands with a 17 year old so he turn to the role reliable. It's simple but that's something black people gotta live with. Basically just don't look suspicious and you wont get shot smh

No matter what you think Zimmerman profiled and stocked Martin, Martin saw him as a threat & defended him self out of fear, Zimmerman pulled out and shot him, end of story, stand your ground should had applied more for Martin but since Martins family hired the team of attorneys they hired & since most members of the 18th Circuit Court of Florida’s court system are bias, the team of attorneys Zimmerman hired already had the upper hand from the get go, they orchestrated everything perfectly to the defendants favor, picking a mostly all white jury and having such agonizing crosses against the prosecutions witness accounts/testimonials, they obviously knew what they needed to do to get a not guilty verdict sad but Florida’s justice system is not in the minority’s best interest.

The following was brought out at the trial and NEVER disproven:
George Zimmerman was on his way to the store when he saw Trayvon Martin walking on the grass and looking at a house that had been broken into recently.
George drove past and parked at the clubhouse while he called the non emergency number.
Trayvon saw George driving down Twin Tree Lane and he told his girlfriend that the guy was following him.
Trayvon's girlfriend told him to run but Trayvon walked towards George's truck while they stared at each other.
Then Trayvon ran south towards the back gate and George got out of his truck and tried to follow in the direction that Trayvon ran.
After about 15 seconds the dispatcher hearing wind noise asked George if he was following the guy and George said yeah.
The dispatcher advised George that they didn't need him to do that.
George said okay and stopped following in the direction that Trayvon ran.
Even though Trayvon ran south towards the back gate, George walked east to the next street as he continued to talk to the dispatcher for another minute and a half.
When Trayvon ran south towards the back gate he was on the phone with his girlfriend and the call got disconnected.
Trayvon's girlfriend called him back and Trayvon told her that he had lost the guy and he was at his daddy's fiancee's house in the back.
This was almost 100 yards south of where Trayvon would eventually confront George.
According to Trayvon's girlfriend Trayvon lost George and made it home safe. Did Trayvon go inside the house?
No, Trayvon decided to go back 100 yards in the dark and the rain to find George.
Trayvon confronted George and sucker punched him in the face breaking his nose.
Then Trayvon got George down and straddled him MMA style.
Trayvon started hitting George and banging his head against the concrete.
George took a beating for over a minute while he was yelling for help and no one helped him.
As George was struggling to get loose, his jacket rose up revealing his gun.
George thought that Trayvon was going to get it so he blocked Trayvon's arm, grabbed his gun and shot Trayvon in the chest killing him in self defense.
