I do. This new woman is badmouthing his dead wife, mistreating his daughter, and he looks down on people because they make less money than him. He’s either a spineless moron or is complicit in all of this…I’m leaning towards the latter. He’s a failure as a father and as a man.

Alright watched the first min and had to stop. I don’t know what part of the world this is in and I’ll start with that. In most parts of the us if the father was paying the taxes on it (he most likely was) for more than 4 years OP technically doesn’t own the house anymore and the father could just file a claim with the local tax office and have the deed changed over. But once again idk where this is taking place and what state it’s in if it’s the USA. There are also lots of other legal issues going on with the will depending on such as well.
You are not the AH but I would definitely get a estate lawyer asap cause this could go a lot of ways in the courts eyes not in OP’s favor.

@@theresakerins4563 getting hostile but didn’t read my comment all the way through clearly. All I stated was laws vary from country’s around the world and from state to state here in the USA. An estate lawyer should always be involved here in the USA when stuff like this comes up since paper work may have been signed but not honored by either party. Here in the USA documentation is everything, even if it seems small make sure it’s recorded cause it just might save your butt one day.
