    Lawsuits or quitting a company is the only way resolve a company problem. Employers never do the right thing.

    The day after I filed my EEOC claim, I was written up, EEOC called and stated they accepted my claim and will send me and the employer a letter within 7-10 days due to retaliation… now what?!

    Since this is California. You can add millions to your damages and win your job back if they retaliate.
