How to Run a Sub 18-min 5K: A TRAINING PLAN

  • This is my actual training plan which led me to that 5000 meters in 17:58.8 which I told you about in one of my previous videos ( • Running 5K under 18 mi... ). It consists of 12 weeks, and it assumes you have proper prior training already as well as a decent aerobic base. You can take this plan and customize it for it to fit your own goal time in a 5K. If you need advice on how to correct training paces, feel free to write to me in the comments section below.
