I really like how you broke those down. I have not heard that separation before. Without a doubt my 👑 chakra has been on fire since I went to that spot. I have definitely hugely grown in my throat and heart this year as well. I think I felt the call to work on each one, not realizing how that showed up. Thank you, Kris! I just started reading Earth from the Pleiadians/Barbara Marciniak and it's been a powerful reminder of how we need to tune all of our chakras and really love being grounded here on the planet (as we access new dimensions of it!)
So true! Many of us are highly charged and activated in the upper chakras and can always use a bit of grounding back to Mother Earth! How do you do that?

I'm a angel incarnated on earth and don't usally watch ET starseed videos on youtube like yours becuase I'm well aware on whats going on and I'm busy focusing on my angel mission but I was looking for pics on internet for a video I'm making on my channel about the drones and ETs over the world right now and your video popped up on the search. I'm pretty sure your well aware that the ETs close to this dimension have the red light to exspose themselves since the past 2 weeks. I knew this day was coming but I though it was going to happen in a hundred years from now but I think i'ts because the white hats and Trump took over power because the people have woken up and it showed the ETs to go ahead do it. From what I can see , they will stay in the skies indefiantly as drones and wierd flashing light planes to get the people comfortable but eventually they will show their true ship designs and make interdimension fast speed moves to convince the people it's not the military. This may go on for a couple of months or years untill they see the people are ready for a actual personal contact and be accepted into the galatic federation for trade in peace and harmony. As for the Peliadians as usualy they will just stay in the background and not interfere. They are not close to this dimension so they have to deal with free choice laws from the creator but eventually as things move along , they might initaite contact. This is a great time in history for all of us now but at the same time very cautious because we are not sure what the government will do but so far , they have not try to shoot down the drones and ships in the United States which is a good sign. We;ll see what happens.

Lots of walks in nature. Grounding meditations. Eating seasonally.
