i honestly never even heard the term before this video. so much of what she said, hit home that I went online and took a quiz. i found out there are 4 different types & i do , in fact , suffer from this bullshit lol thank you for the knowledge🤯 the more I know the more I can grow🙌🏾
Trauma. all that means , as she stated , Childhood Trauma messes up the best of us fr. & everyone processes & grows at their own pace. is part of the journey we call life.

There is a choice u have to choose from whether u pick the right type of process of growth or the wrong one, & by the looks of it.. most seem to change the way this world wants u to change. "Depression" "Anxiety" these are ell existent only if u make it exist now the big question is will u & in the long hall let the Devil win?
