This is very soothing. If I don’t feel like any other asmr, or regular tingles, this is my last resort always. I can always come back to this one and feel relaxed. I also like the way he talks in his videos, it’s also very calming. For some reason I don’t like women doing asmr, their voice is too high.

The best use of this video I have found is to turn the RUclips volume (not the computer volume) anywhere from ½ to ¾, and wait for him to finish the introduction. Then, open a different one of Dmitri's Qi Gong videos with singing bowls in another tab at full volume. The extra singing bowls from this one make the other ones even better.
