Yesterday night I was struggling to fall asleep and often woke up I literally used this video every time, i fell asleep at least 5 times the same night with this video And I probably fell asleep always within the 7 minutes mark The last bowls video made me fall asleep probably more than 100 times already

Even though it was 16 years ago, I still get flashbacks during this time of the year. So I’ve been trying to keep my mind occupied with other things.
