@@VeryNiceSmileDental yes it was to get to the amonia in the urine and in general it was a bad idea to be in the dental proffesion in the acient times the equivalent of the word for dentist was a slur and it was only a handful of profesionals in the medical profesion that even knew the relation of disinfection of instruments with the lower degree of complications it was due to the blaming the doctor for the diesese it was also a common superstition that medical profesionals bring diesese along with them not a very good time to be a dentist that was :D

Hi, usually it's due to the biting surface of the tooth not being trimmed down enough to allow enough space for the crown. If the dentist grinds a hole in a crown while seating it, the tooth should be reduced some more and a new crown should be made.
