Hi I just wanted say thank you so much for this video!! I am 14 and I wanted to start track this year and For the last 2 weeks I have been only running for 3 minutes and stopping myself thanking that that was enough and all I could do. I was really having issues with motivation. But then I found your video and after hearing you talk and motivate me I hadn’t even realized that I had been running for 22 minutes straight without stopping!! I am so proud of myself and I am going to run with you every day now!! So thank you so much for pushing me to my actual limits and I greatly appreciate you!!
Runner Kao, please make more real time run with me videos just like this! I really appreciate that you say go within the first 15 seconds!!, and we start running. You are the only one I found that does this, unedited 20 minute run. Thank you, your go pro, and your tired arms.
I love this. Thank you. I’m so unfit but your chat kept me going. My problem is the burning sensation down in my chest which hurts to breathe. It will start later in the run when I get fit again, but do you have any tips to help with that?
I get 200 yards and chest starts feeling like nails hammering through. But Im not giving up. Ill just run and walk like they used to do in the Army in the old days. Eventually there will be less walking and more running. I gave my life up to depression but no more excuses. Im taking back what is left of my life. Life begins at 43.
Love ur attitude. It's never too late to take control. I was nearly consumed by depression too till running saved my life. It will give one a whole new meaning and make you mentally stronger to overcome any challenges ahead! 💪

Thanks! Each loop if you just run on the main road without veering off to the sub roads or trails is around 5-6km.
