    You could make some Christmas treats, fold into cloth coordinating napkins and have a great set. Thank you for sharing! I love how you did this - I have struggled in the past with drawstring bags.

    Very cute bags. I think I may sew off the bottoms of the bag, like the corners. It makes it sit better but otherwise, what a cute idea, and the fabrics were so pretty. Thank you!

      Absolutely Sue . The bottoms could easily be boxed. The fabric was one of the few pretty pieces on offer. Our local fabric store didn't have much in the way of nice Christmas fabric this year.

    What is the length of the bag when it is finished? Thank you!

      The finished size will be approx 6 3/4" x 8 3/4". However, as we have the ribbon running through the top, you will have approx 7" (in height) of usable space. Note, however that these can be made in any size you like as the technique is the same.
