Loved the inversion countdown dave 😂 this is one ive never done and for some reason dreading it don't no why like 😂 and for sure you no me mate I share your enthusiasm on the big hikes you have planned so giz a txt and I will hike them with you don't no how fast like but I will give it my all not counting my chickens but I've never quit yet so let me no the dates marra and see you back on the fells very soon eh class mate
i think it would be harder to fail if part of a group cos the banter just takes ya mind off all the distance required and i can plan most of those big hikes to end with a pub after day 1.. a lot of people camp overnight in underskiddaw car park, was one there this morning with his tent box up.. like i said before its about 200m up ya start so makes life easier.. cheers lad, tek care :)

cheers for all the words of encouragement dave.. this walk was your fault as you didnt confirm you wernt coming quick enough so the weather gods planned for you.. my next day off is tuesday and looking at weather it looks like snow from 12am to about 8am tue morning so i might have a walk up helvellyn int snow. tek care :)
cheers, the coledale horseshoe is hard to beat in the snow... paths very comfortable and you can vary the walk many different ways depending on ya walking pace... tek care :)
