Of course she isn’t Karen. She was so patient throughout the whole ordeal, followed the procedures, used every peaceful option there was and when that wasn’t enough she finally stood her ground! She even makes it clear it was embarrassing for her but there was no other option. She never used any curse words, and she never really bad mouthed the company. I have full on respect for this woman and support her 100%.

@@jodoodles8584 You don't know there is such thing as first world privilege. We are debating about the 15 dollars minimum wage right now. While there are article in Southeast Asia, where people didn't have any social safety net. Where a working daughter that lost her job due to the pandemic with an elderly mother who has cancer. And the daughter doesn't have money for medicine, and hope that the mother die so that she isn't suffering. There are Southeast Asian countries who let in tourists (and guess who usually have money to travel) if they pay the extra fee just incase of a corona related expenses risk. Americans and westerners (like myself) probably gonna complain about that extra fee. We may even complain about how the locals rip us off (what an extra dollar here and there). But guess which group of people NEVER NEVER ever have an opportunity to go abroad to the USA and complain about the American local ripping them off. You know the dirt poor third world countries untouchable caste. Some Americans are not white. Some rich elites are not Americans and may not be even white. But there aren't too many white people within the third world countries.

Also supercars manufacturer test drive the cars they produce individually by their engineer before sending it to their customers that's why all of the supercars are signed by an engineer (i've read this before, in this case it was lamborghini if i was not mistaken) And 737 max are defective on they believe their sensor and software counterparts so it's clearly boeing fault.

But i can see this being costly and dangerous for them, bad customers could scam them saying their parts broke even though it was supposedly audited.
Which means...perhaps we need a third party auditor, where parts and such are checked by the third party who has the best interest of the customer in mind. But...i can see this failing when companies fee threatened and bribe the auditors. Really, its sad the business culture is this way. There's no trust or desire to build longstanding relationships.

Cars aren’t an investment. You can’t call something that loses 25% of its value once it’s driven off the lot, an investment. Only something that appreciates in value can be called an investment, like a house, or stocks that pay out dividends, and increase in value. However, a car would be considered an asset, since you could sell it for a large amount of money, just not the original price, nor a higher price.

If the person selling you a car calls it an investment, you should run for the hills and never go back.

People only buy them on a lease-contract, which covers all repairs and maintenance's for the car, including insurance. A Merc for 100k definitely has at least a V6 in it. Have you any idea what the regular service cost is for a modern Merc? Any idea? Have you any idea how poor Merc scores at insurance companies for their reliability? I wouldn't say a Toyota is a sure deal, there are Toyota that's unreliable too. Saying that i bought a Toyota because it's my first car and i don't want to deal with extra issues, i bought a Toyota and my wife bought a new Honda civic, hers have given her weird issues from the start with battery to onboard camera to brake creaking to wipers creaking to paint staining, she's not very happy to say the least. Honda is technologically more advanced than my vanilla Toyota without carplay, android auto, brake hold, ebrake, lesser sound insulation, but mine is less troublesome. Boring and old tech but still ok.
