    It's not a SUV, its a body on frame with two solid axles and triple lockers beast! Best onroad/offroad vehicle ever made!

      It's a comfortable Station Wagon body over an utility 4x4 chassis. This is the original definition of a SUV.

    Our family's 2000 LX470 hits Cars & Bids on Friday. It has less than 100K miles and is in great condition. It is has all the options. My Mom drove it for most of its life...

    In the US yes but in other countries it is the 70 series like the BJ73 Land Cruiser.

      A bit wider and longer and heavier, But just as rugged as the 70 series. Swap a 5 Spd manual and it's also bullet proof. 4.5 Lt engine not as efficient as the 4 Lt V6 (Older 3F and 4.5 engines, also) but might last longer, Both are exelent choices

    Not even remotely close to being the most powerful. However, the 80 Series is definitely the most reliable SUV ever made! I own 1 that my father recently gave me that he had just LS swapped, because he found a diesel. I'm selling it, in Vancouver! I'm only in my 20s and have a 2019 5th gen 4Runner TRD Off Road that is my overland adventure/winter driving rig! I also have an FJ Cruiser I have had since I was 16 that my local Toyotasays has the lowest mileage they ever see on any FJ Cruiser, so I keep her maintained to sell for a fortune some day lol
    I love the 80 Series, but i'm not comfortable driving full-size trucks, off road, sadly.

      The poster clearly does not mean powerful as in engine power. He means powerful as in strong, durable and reliable. The 80-series is generally regarded as the most capable Land Cruiser ever. When the 300-series was being developed they used the 80-series as a benchmark.

    • @lunamaria1048

      @@electrikoptik Sorry, but in vehicle terms, saying "most power" or "most powerful" is CLEARLY referring to horsepower and/or torque. There is no "power" reference for durability. That term would be "most reliable", but the Lexus GX officially has that crown

    • @electrikoptik
      @electrikoptik 11 месяцев назад

      @@lunamaria1048 This video is clearly made by some non native english speaker and uses AI voiceover. The GX is a Prado. The Prado (GX) is an excellent vehicle but it is not on the same level as its bigger brother (the 200/300-series).

    • @lunamaria1048
      @lunamaria1048 11 месяцев назад

      @@electrikoptik I'm a non native English speaker. I speak 2 Asian languages and learned English last. All languages where cars are bought and sold aware horse power and torque. The only change is metric or imperial units systems, but no language uses the word "power" to refer to reliability.
      The fact is you are just a combative dipstick that can't speak for others. Putting a HUGE amount of energy into a non issue that is so insignificant that I'll forget about it before I move on to another video.

    I have seen a Camry with 1.5 million Kilometers ( 950000 Miles ), the owner claimed that he had never touched the engine except regular oil and filter changes.
