Those bikes look like they will be fantastic on the UK trails.
A big thanks from the Skill School.
Glad the review was helpful. Thanks for watching!
Excellent details on the Nomad 1! I found your review very thorough and informative. Keep up the great work!
Thanks so much!
Did a test-drive of the Nomad. It's a very nice ride... fast and torquey. Definitely great value for what they are going for.
We agree the bike was fast and fun! It seems to be good value for your dollar
You could let some air out of the rear tire for a little Kush.
Yes, you definitely can, and it makes a big difference! I ran these at approximately 25 PSI, but there is lots of room to adjust these 4" fat tires.
You need to be a little careful with these rear hub e-bikes because with so much weight focused on the rear tire, it's easy to get a rim shot riding at low PSI. I tend to run mine a little harder during testing when I'm unsure about the terrain.
Is this ebike loud?
The Bafang 750W is not the loudest rear hub motor on the market, at lower speeds/assist levels it is relatively quiet. When traveling at speed, the motor sound is noticeable, more so for other users than the rider. People will notice you coming, and it turns heads as you ride up behind people, so it is not as quiet at a mid-drive motor.
