@@KelvinShernClet it kept happening for me no matter how many new cables I went through and I finally got a new controller AND cable and now it’s working. Friggen maddening! Hope you sort it out.

I don't know if I am having a different issue here. I had just gotten this docking station with dual HDMI and it can't find my monitors. They both work individually plugged into my laptop, however, when I checked a few things it says it does not recognize the USB however the other ports on my docking station works, just no the HDMI, it seems it is not recognized for some reason. Been looking around trying to figure out why this is the case.
none of these worked for me but I accidentally figured it out on my own. I completely powered off my laptop (not restart) and turned it on the next day and it started working again
ive tried the usb troubleshooter and it doesn't work it tells me to restart so i restart and once its done i plug my usb back in and my pc still doesn't recognize it
i tried all four and my pc still doesnt recognize it, if you dont encounter this problem anymore can u tell me how to do it? I'm getting frustrated i need to use my mouse:D

@@raichoujr5630 wow i do not remember.. but i did try both!!! what i also did after was put my pc to sleep THEN plugged in the cable and turned it back on! so maybe try that too after if it still doesn’t work. wish u luck T^T
@@UrBasicGuyJen77 nope. I tried all 20+ ways to fix this problem described here and there on the internet, it was clearly an issue sitting somewhere inside my pc's Windows 10. I had to wipe it out and install a new oc, which by mistake turned out to be Win11 instead of Win10, but it's a blessing in disguise, everything works fine now.

I’m embarrassed to say it was the cable. I got a Sony cable and it works every time. Very weird.

Might be that you have USB port issues, hardware wise.
This shut is so annoying 1100dollars and I have too do this such a hassle and this video does not even work
