Hey no hate here I'm just not understanding. as alpha 1 is a vasoconstrictor alpha 2 vasodilates via negative feedback from alpha 1 and beta 1 causes positive inotropy and chronotropy while beta 2 broncho dialate. the memory trick you gave does not effectively address this unless I am missing something. Much love!
