Lupus is nothing but we'll call it as SLE that is called as a systemic lupus erythematosus. It is an autoimmune disorder. So what happens here basically is your own tissues will be targeted by your own immune system. It will go and attack your own tissues and causing pain in the joints and inflammation in the joints where you will have the severe pain in joints or in the small joints everywhere in your body you may be experiencing the severe pain . It also damages the major organs like kidneys liver all those things. So basically here what it happens is if I say an example like you have a family members of 5 to six at home and then all you know brothers and sisters and all but one of the sister or brother they think that you are an enemy or something like that. So then that is how it is caused. So this is called as systemic lupus erythematosus. There are different types of lupus. One is called as systemic lupus erythematosus . Here what happens is the autoimmune disease or autoimmune response will cause damage to your organs and there's one more lupus it's called as discoid lupus erythematosus. That is also called as discoid lupus erythematosus . Here basically the immune system attacks your skin and there is other lupus erythematosus . That is called as Subacute lupus erythematosus . Here also again it affects skin and other organs in your body there is one more lupus called as neonatal lupus. So there's one more lupus erythematosus. That is drug induced lupus where certain drugs when the patient consumes then can start reacting and that it can cause lupas erythematosus. As I already told neonatal lupus usually mainly occurs in the newborn babies so the main symptoms of systemic lupus erythematosus are joint pains and delling usually it mainly affects bigger joints like knee joints or elbow joints and all even sometimes small joints also can be affected and one more problem that is called as skin rashes there is a classic skin rash in systemic lupus erythematosus that is called as butterfly rash. Usually mainly it appears on the face if you can see some people there will be skin discoloration next to the nose over the cheeks it looks like a butterfly. So it's called as butterfly rashes and photos sensitivity. So these people or these patients usually they'll be very sensitive to sunlight once they goes out sunlight they may feel the reactions and Allergy or itching will start. So this is called as photosensitivity and this is also is one of the common symptom is lupus erythematosus and this disease can affect all the parts in your body let it be the kidneys or lungs heart whatever it is part in the body. So that is why finding out or diagnosing the lupus will be very challenging to us. So usually patients also develop fatigue that is called as extreme weakness like if the patient walks for 100 to 100 m they feel extreme tiredness and they feel to sick that is also one of the major symptom and again fever as like in other common diseases fever also is one of the common symptom in systemic lupus and then mouth ulcers usually caused by vitamin deficiencies in our country or due to lack of drinking water or lack of hydration also cause mouth ulcers. But these are very common in systemic lupus and there are certain kidney problems which mainly occurs in systemic lupus so which we should be aware of all these things. So World Lupus Day is annually observed on 10th May and then here usually on this day the patients will be educated more on this disease and then this is an autoimmune disease lot of people will be having myths over this disease like is will be spread to other person. Definitely it won't spread from one person to one person. This whoever would have got they will be suffering this disease. On this particular day the people all over the world will be providing the education material and the awareness of the disease and how to face the world on this particular day lupus erythematosus is observed.

Sir my HLA B 27 is positive. I am suffering from joints pain but my doctor don't consider dis report. Report mentioned Ankology Spondylitis. In ur opinion wt shut I do. I am taking medicine but no response
