Thanks Gary, I have a far better understanding of how this program works now. I used to be focused only on the screen for every sound. Now I only look at the screen if I hear something I like. I tested it at my Penny Park. [ I only found pennies there] The dimes Nickles and Quarters came pouring in. This is my go to program now. It's great with the 5 tones for me. It was an A Ha moment when my Deus started telling me where not to and when to dig for wanted targets. Thanks for the education !!!
I'm about to start searching the site of WWII airfield which was the site of some very important research and I'm wondering what advice you could offer. I expect there could be anything from personal items to aircraft parts with everything in between.
Difficult Scarlet Pimpernel site. Using the Sonar programme. The roman coins 'are' there but sometimes we are definitely sweeping over them without getting a signal. I discovered that one of the reasons was I was sweeping too fast, that helped a bit. However, my sweep speed was no faster than yours or anybody else's, I just needed to slow it down so, slow and low. Then, I get a cracking good signal, should be definitely a roman coin, dig it up, scatter the spoil, signal now on the surface ( I later discover) but in spite of it being on the surface, no signal whatsoever! Eventually, kicking the soil about, I get the signal back and it's a roman. I have made some adjustments but the coins are still hiding. Not tried the silencer, yet, will try that next time but any ideas Gary?

I love that you are real with us and mention things like "metal detecting is a game of chance". All I have been finding in the few weeks of having my first metal detector has been bullet casings and trash, but I'm not letting it bother me. Hi ,Gary.I love full tones,but Full Tones on Mid to High Mineralization, it can make deep targets sound as iron, it can make small items sound as iron and also low conductive targets.This also happens on Low Mineralization, but only at certain depths.
Gary just bought the ORX with the 9in HF coil I was on a stubble field today it was working great but every so often I was getting three very high bleeps that I could not control by changing settings, would you have any idea 🙏
This program eludes me, but what you showed me today brought me a step closer to understanding it. I couldn't find the settings for full tones though? Mines is using only 2.

Easy, firstly make sure they are both on the same version. Out your coil serial numbers into the RC under the coil pairing menu. Once done turn on your RC only and select headphone pairing from the menu and follow the on screen instructions to pair your WS6.
The fulltones sound so good , can you alter the pitch on fulltones on the d1. Wouldn’t mind seeing that feature on the d2 , I like running pitch tone at 633 on the d2 I think it is ,on the beach but carnt do the same with full tones. Great vid Gary , love the cap badge
Hi Gary. The cannon wheel item looks like the wheel shaped vent from the inside of a hemet. Pith helmets etc. It fits inside right under the point at the top.
I’ve no idea what all the Goblin comments are for. Loved the video, I have the old original settings on my machine. Can I use Sonar on it still or will I need to update software? If I can, would you mind giving me your Sonar program settings please or the link to the video on it? Thanks again 🤗
Would have been great to really explain the XY screen and see what is good and what is not. The only thing I learned here is that a straight and diagonal line is good.

Yes you are right, full tones can be difficult to use if you have high mineralization.
