A little hack for you…..preheat oven and place the whole squash in oven for 10-15 minutes and your knife will slice right through it….😊😁

I do think I eat a lot more then you on one day. I try to eat less but then I get so hungry and get cravings.

Hi Francisca! Thank you xx I definitely find I’m not as hungry as I used to be after that extended water fast I mentioned in this video. But other things to keep in mind are your activity level and age. You may move more on a daily basis and you may be younger than me too 😉
I did eat a whole cantaloupe, all of the mushrooms, all the salad, and 2 big bowls of soup and then 3 bananas too lol. That was roughly around 1600 calories so I find my daily range is anywhere between 1600-1900 calories typically.
For cravings, I aim to find a healthier way to satisfy them- for example in this video I made nice cream instead of eating a packaged vegan ice cream. I find the more I stay away from junk, the less I crave it.
What are your thoughts?
I love plant based bundles. However, the plant based bundle has never been my go-to. It sits in a folder, and I've only visited it once when I remembered I had a bundle. 😂 it's like that treadmill that just sits there and collects dust, just out less money..
