I have MS and don’t walk so this workout is perfect! Most chair workouts fail to raise my heart rate but with this I burn fat comparable to a standing workout. We NEED more of these chair workouts for immobile people.
I'm in month 7 of healing from a tibial plateau fracture with soft tissue and nerve damage. I can walk without an aide now so I started using a treadmill. Until my knee and ankle muscles are much stronger that has to happen in microdoses. This IS beautiful! This work of art allows me to still get the badly needed cardio and muscle work done with a lower negative impact. Thank you so much! In the weeks ahead I hope to build up and return to your other standing workouts.

Sit down to make it easier? It's sooo much harder! Also, when he said "You'll feel some body parts you've bever felt before", i've felt that in my core. So many new muscles and joints reached.
Yes, I thought this was more difficult as well. The muscle dynamics are completely different while sitting. All those little muscles you never notice when standing do a lot more work on this one.
This is in many ways an excellent workout, though parts are not suitable for those of us with bad knees. Still, with a little bit of adaption it works really well! Thanks!

Thank you, I know I sound like a complaining woman, but the thing is I stow for amazon, when it is close or well that time, I take iodine because a doc said I was low a on it hormonally, I feel really drained as well, with this at the end of my work week, it helps a lot. Thanks

I have arthritis in my knees which has created some balance and weakness issues. I’m so excited Billy Blanks has a Tae-bo workout for people like me!
