      mr blanks...very grateful for your assistance...m new to fitness n i have seen your videos n my question is can i do this in the morning and the chair exercises at night as a routine and can i do just 30-40 skips as a warm up or i can just get into the workout

      @@tshegofatsoruele8926 It's always helpful for the body to get warmed up and ready to go before any workout whether that's jumping jacks or dynamic stretches. But yes, to answer your question you can do this workout in the morning and the chair exercises at night- Get ready to be sore :) Good luck on your fitness journey

    Love these workouts, I went from 220 lbs to 150´bs in eight months. Just eat clean, drink your water, workout 4-5 times a week and get good sleep. Most of all be patient and consistent, Billy is the best by far. My body is more toned than my friends that hit the gym

    In 2008 I reached 292 after giving birth to my 3rd baby. I had just gotten married as well and my self esteem was very low. I started walking and doing TaeBo. On VHS,too! But five times a week for one year I went from 298 to 160. Today, at 52 using TaeBo and I still weigh 160. Thank You Mr. Blanks!

    I love Billy. I did his program religiously for about 3 years- it focused on power and the strike. His training saved my life. One night a guy came up behind me and I did the Billy Blanks 3 punch and the guy dropped a knife. Truly, it was the then that I realized what Billy had taught me - self protection whilst working out. Thanks Billy!

    I started doing this April 2022, and I started seeing results 2mo later. My arms are now more slender but slightly toned. My legs and thighs are firmer, and I got a little four pack now. I have two children, and my second is 18mo. I'm very proud of myself. I didnt think I would see my abs again after having two children. A million thank yous for this amazing free resource. I do this workout 5-6x/week

      @@tammyknights8148 I started doing 3lbs, but once I got stronger I started doing 5lbs. This workout really got my arms,legs,and abs really toned.I wish I could post pictures. I was on my way to getting a 6pac back... but I'm pregnant again. I still do this workout with modifications...

      @@semaljouhani1957 I'm still doing this workout with modifications while pregnant. It seems to be slowing down my weight gain. I'm curious to see how I will recover postpartum. This is our 3rd and final baby! I will come back to comment postpartum...😁

    Took a 15 year break from doing Taebo with Billy and my body just fell to crap...it's like I got super old lady body parts all of a sudden! Got back to my Taebo after the passing of my sister ( blood clot to the heart after surgery)....and I haven't stopped since (I do take breaks when my old lady parts don't want to cooperate...but they won't stop me). My sister was a fitness buff and now she's gone so her memory along with Billy's encouragement is my inspiration to keep moving...thanks a million!!!!

    i used to addict to his videos almost 20 yrs ago, there is no exercise is compared to his exercise , hard ass work out, but it worth every min, sometimes i felt like crying then i looked at myself in the mirror, i was fit like a fitness person back then it was worth it, lost weight from face, arms legs and stomach, now i'm trying to go back and do taebo again, it has been a long time but never too late

      +Wong Fu Same here...I lost 50lbs from doing Tae bo in 2004...and have kept most of it off since then...other than about 10lbs which is why I am back to doing this...I know this is the only thing that works

    When I was young during the summer before starting 9th grade high school, I worked the entire summer to earn the money to buy the very first 4 box vhs set, Intro, Basic, Advanced, and 8min. I did them religiously and lost 20-25lbs by the end of my 1st year in High School. I was taking weightlifting as well, and because I was so heavy that weight coming off made me become a bit of a icon because everyone noticed including teachers. Billy Blanks workout videos made my teenage High School years a time of confidence and growth, not to mention way more girlfriends!
    Best workout videos ever made. I’m rediscovering them in my 30yrs, it’s time to step it up.

    We are 61, and we work out from time to time with these old exercise VHS and DVD's... we were going to exercise to Billy Blanks' 8-minute workout one we had (from the '80s), but it died on us. I don't know how many hundred times it had been played. I had seen that he was on RUclips some time and being I no longer had one of my favorite oldies, I thought I'd get us to try this one! So it was a good workout with the weights, but we didn't work up a sweat - no high kicking here... I see there are lots of others to try too, however. - Hopefully, there are some seniors like us on some of them! We want to be active into older age, to keep up with the grandkids!

    I started with Tae bo bootcamp series back in 2013 and lost more than 6lbs in a month because I rigorously worked out everyday without skipping a day in between and just watching my food portions. In a span of 4 months I had lost 20lbs. I had PCOS at that time and wasn't quite aware. Then I came across the more "hyped" workouts of the recent times like Insanity, 30 day shred, etc etc. I tried following them to no avail. I could hardly keep up with them even a week because they felt boring to me.
    I was 93 kgs back when I started and through a bit of exercise here and there stabilized at 87kgs, never going down from that. I even successfully completed Shaun T's Focus T25 a few months back since I didn't get a lot of time during college but no results except a bit of toning. Now I am back to Tae bo since it is the ONLY workout series that has ever helped me in reducing my midsection and I have faith in Billy that even though I have PCOS and it is so very difficult to lose weight with such conditions, I will be able to lose it easily with Tae bo without making drastic changes in my diet ( which is an Indian vegetarian diet). Thank you Billy and team from the bottom of my heart and I can't wait to see the results :)

    I started doing tae boe again and somewhat watching what I eat. I am down from 211 to 205lbs. I am excited because I know with this workout, a good diet, and prayer I will be at my goal weight within 1 year.

    I remember when Tae-Bo started in 1999 many of us brought the whole set in the U.S bring it to BELIZE as a gift to family members. I am happy to say that I am still keeping up with your exercise, you are number one the best, God bless you.

    Billy's taebo workouts really work. I am doing this 3-4 times a week. Your body will be in good shape especially on ur shoulders, chest and arms.

      me too, got my first 2 tapes in 1998, when I was already no spring chicken anymore. LOL. Will always keep the tapes, even I don't have a VCR anymore. Billy Blank made me look gorgeous!!!!!!!

    I love that the people in the video are visibly pushing it! Not everyone looks like this is the easiest thing they've ever done. I hate when everyone is always smiling like it doesn't hurt them as much as it hurts me...

    Short workout but feels like a long one when your done. Weights plus a little cardio gets your heart rate up and you sweat! Love Tae Bo! 20 year Tae bo fan! God Bless Billy Blanks, the original cardio kick boxer!

    Thank you Mr Billy.... You, your daughter Shelly and the people in each of the videos gave me the inspiration i needed ....,physical and spiritual. I started this journey with 170 lbs. Doing taebo and eating healthy not just change my body it changes my life completely because Thanks to you guys and my consistency I lost 20 lbs in three months and i still have 35 lbs to go and Im SURE I will get my ideal weight 115lbs . This is and will be my lifestyle now on. I dont have the words to express the joy and how thankful i am with you guys. My deepest RESPECT AND ADMIRATION from the bottom of MY HEART.     God bless you Billy. I went from 310 to 240 on my own through diet changes. Was returned back to office and I gained. I am 264 now. My goal is to get to 200. I started this video this morning on my patio. Never did your workouts before. Was so great. Kicked my butt. Was a good sweat workout. I did the entire video tho. I couldn't do all the bending moves when touching ground so i go as far as i can because of back amd weight. Jesus is so good and helps us do hard things and overcome. Our health is worth the time. I will do this 5x a week. I use to do aerobics, step class and biking when I was younger. Am 42. I always stayed fit then life happens. Lol. I will report back my progress. I am a missionary and in ministry in florida. I want to be around for God's purposes

    We did these videos in the Correctional Officer academy back in 2005 on rainy days. We laughed at first but found out how soar we were in the morning after the first time. I admit I have not done Tae Bo since then till today or really worked out much at all. I am feeling this 20 minute one. I think I am hooked!!! God Bless you Billy Blanks.

    This was my first time doing taebo with weights this was amazing I can't believe be how sore I was the next day that's good it's working. I'm gonna do this 3 times a week along with my other taebo work outs and running outside. I taebo has always helped me I started doing taebo back in my old Brooklyn apt when my son was a baby and I had no gym close by or a babysitter. He's 19 now lol.Thanks Billy🥰🥰🥰

      My son is 22 now! I started taebo after I had him to lose my weight. Before I had him I was 128 pounds after I had him I gained 220 pounds. I got back down to 128 He was a high risk pregnancy. I am now 50 years old retired and part of my day is to spend at least 3 hours of being physically active. I have set up my garage with a TV and a space to workout. I start my day with 2 taeboe workouts then I ride my bike to a park and just walk up and down hills. The weather is getting colder now so I plan on getting a stand for my bike so I can ride it in the garage during the winter months. This guy whipped me into shape back then. I got back into taebo it's been 3 weeks now and I'm starting to see my results all over again! I love food that's been my weakness but I never got out of hand with it❤ I currently weigh 147 now I'm looking to get back down to at least 132😊

    I did his in my early young adult age, and since the lockdown here and everyone is inside working out, cuz of the gym closures. I started doing this again. Its a great and fun exercise to follow. I like how it hits my top and bottom body. Great job Billy Banks you still got my vote for one of the best home exercise!

    I love doing taebo workout, I'm doing thise workout since may 2023. January 2023 my weight was 89kg. Now November 2023 my weight is between 68-70 kg unlike before my weight gain rapidly

    This workout is the absolute best. I was sweating and crying, but I also felt really good while doing it.Tae Bo was big in the 90s when I was a kid, and now I see why. 2022 and I'm loving it... I just subscribed.❤

    Billie, I stopped doing your excercises about 10 years ago....I had forgotten UNTIL it came back up onto my computer...I have been told you are the best...I will loose the 148 lbs. with that stomach God bless you and Shelly and all you good people

      COOLJAZZY - YES! One important element is that his voice is perfect. Very inspiring. There are RUclipsrs who train and I love them but can't stand their voices. They scream like an I don't know what and the volume goes up & down. I have to keep my hand on the volume button, so can't really focus like that. Secondly, no matter how many times I wander off, I will ALWAYS get back to Billy's exercises. It's so magnificently put together, I can't explain it but surely feel it. I get the most results in the shortest amount of time. Brilliant! x

    I stopped working out because i was diagnosed with a rare heart condition and had to have emergency surgery. Today is my first day working out in over 3 years and I feel like my body remembers how it should be! Like it never should have stopped. I love these videos!! Thank you!!

    Mom has shown me Billy's workouts and since then they're my favorite way of working out (I'm also a swimmer, but I alternate between swimming and tae-bo). Besides physical health, it improves my mood and I feel so happy after his workouts! ❤

    Been doing this for a couple of weeks now. !st time is skipped the faster parts and just continued to do the moves slower (but properly) after few weeks I am able to do the parts with faster tempo as well^^

    Billy Blanks yntodo su equipe! Siempre hice en casa éstos ejercicios, me ayudó siempre mucho. Los dejé de hacer y hoy otra vez los retomé ya que estamos encerrados por el coronavirus. Te agradezco muchísimo tu colaboración al mundo sano. Ayer estaba escuchando al astronauta André Kuipers y a Ellos los entrenan para dos horas al día en el espacio... tan importante Como comer.
    Me he dado cuenta de tanto limpiar y descansar comiendo engordé 1 kilo!! DIOS mío! En 1 semana! Y no he comprado ni chocolate ni helado... sigo comiendo normal pero mis actividades las he tenido que dejar y pah!!! 1 kilo más!!! Buaaaa!!!

      I love your comment. I haven't been doing Taebo for as long as you have. But that's dedicaton to Billy Blanks and the TaeBo team but i did do it at a younger age. My sister remember about Taeb, and we started doing it during the lockdown. It's such a great fun workout and many differen't styles with weights or kicking and punching.
