Only thing I can be concerned about is that the lifts come back down their harnesses open. But I can understand that this is a proof of concept and you could do it to the downwards section too if you had time and materials to waste, so good job
Thank you! Actually, the lifts i have seen in real with automatic bars only have it on the uphill side. Probably because the downhill traffic in ski lifts is very limited so the few people going down can lower the safety bars manually. But yes i could have quite easily done the same for the downhill ride.
Thank you! Well, it is dismantled by now so i will probably not make instructions but i have som more detailed pictures here: photos.app.goo.gl/xwj6hmRsjrMh4DT59 :). I'm not sure it would work as a Lego Ideas set as it is hard to make everything run smoothly and requires anchoring of all the plates to cope with the rope tension (the boxes are filled with stones to keep them in place).
Ok, my rope is spun around the 1/2 bushes so probably won't work with too thick rope but i guess you can try building one grip and see if it fits. Happy new year!
Yay thanks for answering to me! I’ll try to send a link to my video on my chairlift. Sadly mine only is motorized and normal. You on the other hand have all of the cool stuff! Yours has the beeping like a real lift! You got it all!😃 quick question, where did you get the Motors? They look like they are powerful
Thanks! I will not make a tutorial because the lift is dismantled by now but i have some more detailed pictures if you want to see how it is built: photos.app.goo.gl/xwj6hmRsjrMh4DT59. I might upload the program as well later when I have time :)
Awesome how it works so smoothly with the loading gates and the automatics safety bars !
Thank you!

hello, good work! It would be great if made instructions for this or even post it to lego ideas...

@@joseffranzen3384 I see! I think my rope is a bit too thick for your grip. That was the thing that I was most interested about.
Happy New Year,
EB

Круто! Молодец! Так держать! Вперёд за достижениями! В будущем будет у тебя точно много лего!
Thanks!
i gues the engine is too weak, but god job!
Thanks! I think the motor works quite well actually, as a fixed grip lift it's not really meant to go fast :)
Snyggt byggt!
Tack :)
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE TO BUILD???? cool mini figure stop button😃little bit of a bumpy ride
Thanks! Hard to say, think it took a few years but couldn't put that much time to it. Maybe not the smoothest ride :)

I just use the regular EV3 motors, nothing really powerful. Don't think they are being sold anymore though. Look forward to see your build 😃
Thank you bye! 👋
how did you made asewome.
