It’s just a really quiet road, I used to be on a really busy main road and had all the price boards in the cars, just my opinion but it attracted so many time wasters, we still get people walking on but very rarely do they turn into a sale.

Astons increased the fees a couple of mths ago, 200 quid on a banger at 575, I rang them and I was off the scrap buying rate, cars under 500,i pointed out that there's no cars under 500 anymore, they constantly e mail you with re marketing jargon but stay quiet when the fees go up, sneaky.
Like the new sales process in the showroom Dave it does make a difference your site and branding is really nice.
Prices will break on the fleet auction side they always do

I go to Aston barclay twice a week and they were bottom cap prior Christmas, now it's back up and very busy.

@@cardealerpro I used them all over the years bud and I've found astons the best, commission is deffo the cheapest and prices ok
Crash is probably an exaggeration but certainly trade in prices have really dropped in the last 6 months but retail prices not at the same rate. My wife and I would like to change but both have values around 2k less than the finance (some will say don’t buy on finance but for most you have to) so covering that is not an option. I don’t dispute the trade in figures as they appear about right but based on that unless things change we won’t be changing them for 2 more years u til the PCP’s end.

Hi pal fantastic content give bca card services a ring they will put you on a better card traffic just explain you not used them and you used to be on gold or platinum black whatever you was on.3 months trail 3 cars you have purchase then be on it for year.same happened to me.was put better tariff.

@@cardealerprowhat I do is buy them buy now or physical auction at Manheim Shotts and then nip to Bellshill which is kinda between Glasgow and Edinburgh on Sunday and have a night in Bellshill there’s a great boozer called Cesars nr the Bellshill doubletree hilton hotel and then nip to Shotts in the morning and get the fuck outta Scotland with the car Monday morning och aye 👍

It’s worth £1500 ie up the money offered to sell yours and the put it into the trade .
If a private could get 2 grand easily then offer more and do a deal with making a drink on it unless you’ve got other interest with better swappers
Bet leggy then mate, tbh he was looking at 5k to change, I'd have got commitment at 5k to change for a deal now and come back at say 5600,he might have dealt then, quick mot on his and 2595 it, better deal than the HRH skoda at 3 grand bud, I'd have got his payments out of him on 5k and you might have been able to do a slightly lower rate on 5600 and matched it, don't let em escape bud, rarely do people go home and sell privately.

Problem is bud rather that going for a good margin, you've gone for a mini with small margins, could end up with nothing, your being influenced by your mate on minis, aiming for yummy mummys market may not be great, women are the biggest moaners, older guys who've been thru a few motors are the best.
I’ve always found women and mini customers easier to deal with, I suppose it’s horses for courses
@@cardealerpro single women mate, angry, entitled, no idea, 99%sure your ripping them off, both my court cases were those, there was no sense in what they did or said but I came off worst by 1000s,but yeah you might be OK.
