Very very cool
Very nice! didn't even think to run some lighting underneath the sink
Thank you! It definitely helps to have some light there.
I'm sure this can be done with multicolor LED strip, right?
@@joser1219 Hi, yes, as long as you connect the correct terminals when soldering, it shouldn't matter if it's multicolored or not
@@olivebranch9742 thanks. My only problem is connecting the power to an outlet since my pantry closet has no connection inside and the closest outlet is on the outer wall :(
@@joser1219 Do you have a garbage disposal inside the cabinet? If you do, you could put in an outlet and put a plug to your garbage disposal :)
this video is AMAZING just what I needed !! I just want to know where did you get the magnetic adapter and the push one, greetings from Mexico!!
hello, i have a similar idea to your video but is there any way i could use some batteries instead of the power adapter as it is too big for what im imagining.
Hi, just out of curiosity, may I know whether the magnetic switch still works on your accordion door closet until now? I found out that the magnetic switch is rated at 0.5A. While those LEDs in the closet run current at 3A, right?
I'm planning to install LEDs in my closet exactly the same way of yours.
Hi Adam! Cool, thank you for sharing that info. To answer your question, both closet lights are considerably dimmer now to a point it's almost useless. I remember scouring the web for commercial grade mag switches with higher ratings without success. Choosing ones without ratings wasn't smart on my part. You could put multiple mag switches in parallel, though it wouldn't look as pretty. Good luck!
Geeetings! How did the nc non magnetic switches hold up :)
How to build an incendiary device in your cupboards. Your home insurance is going to love this video. It’s going to save them a fortune by not paying you out. 😬
As an EE graduate, I don’t see a wiring issue…
@@ccyl54 😳 As an EE graduate, you need to sit down and have a good hard look at your chosen career. You don’t think putting a diy wiring bodge on the internet of a wiring system going through a switch not capable of taking the full load current even if its only briefly a problem? It’s a fire waiting to happen.
@@muppit666just add resistors
Might be safer to put the switch on the negative instead?
Where did you buy your components
