I’m a Starbucks barista in Texas. (I want a normal coffeehouse job) I hate our huge pitchers with no spout and I hate our tall skinny paper cups! It’s so difficult to get anything to come out right. Your work is beautiful though, really.

Is there a specific reason that you change the pot before you pour? Can't I pour it in the pot I boiled milk? This is very inspiring by the way, I'm trying to make coffee at home and I'll try your techniques as soon as possible :)
The reason why I transfer milk to another jug is.. make the foam more smooth, control the milk temperature(over-hot) and actually that is my my habit ❤️ Thanks for the comment !

Just practiced with water and cinnamon powder as you can see on the video! When I started practicing few years ago, I used to use only water and cinnamon powder on top. It's really helpful to improve pouring !

Hello. Milk should have temperature about 65°C, so not too hot... And the foam quantity depends on what type of coffee you want to prepare... In cappuccino there should be more foam than for example in flatwhite or caffe latte. I hope these informations will be helpful for you🙂

Do you mean dosing gram of beans? Or Espresso? Normally 22g -23g of dosing beans and 30-35sec. Double shot 35-42g. I can’t say really clearly cuz everyday I change the recipes depends on the bean. Thank you !

Steaming can damage the inner coating of your pitcher over time, the one shes transferring to is a jibbijug.. they are hella expensive but also gives you better control.
Chris Alves But you can drink coffee during pregnancy. But not so often, and limit caffeine intake (about 200mg is max), one shot of esspreso contains about 60mg (but it depends of many things), but you can always dilute or take decaf. If you are concerned, talk to your doctor, best wishes!

hmm I don't know what machine you use but you need to practice with your machine haha
Finer grind, more tamping pressure. Also old coffee, pre-ground makes foamy coffee. Only grind just before extraction. You need to dial in the grind.

I use Procal Milk, Full cream and Lowfat now ;)

No, You can't mix the milk haha. Lowfat and Skim, It can be made latte art too.

거품 더 곱게만들려구요 스팀을 잘 해도 잔거품까지 완벽하게 하기는 정말 어려워요 저그이동을 해줌으로써 잔거품도 터뜨리고 또 온도조절하기도 좋아요 저는 이미 너무 습관이 되어버려서 굳이하비않아도되지만 자꾸 하고잇더라구요 ㅎㅎ
I find it difficult to know when I should start making art....sometimes I pour to many so that I have less milk to art..
You have to pour milk slowly ! Also if you start doing art little bit early, You can try drawing more haha. It's a same problem with me always!
