I just used 3 oats dark chocolate to 1 part heavy cream. Heat the cream for 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave till it steams, add the chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes then whisk till smooth.

Yes I just used wilton meringue powder royal icing recipe. These were 6" and 8" cakes;)
