    I boil Ginger tea Drink it by itself or Lemon one teaspoon of Honey.And also Bigelow Matcha Green with Turmeric.And i drink Lemon half in water on a Empty Stomach.I don't eat anything or Everything,Dr.visit Every Maintaining a Healthy body at my stage.Many thanks for your Useful information and Resources.
