It's really better to give the punchline up front and scientic explanations afterwards. No one has the inclination to wade through the explanations without knowing if the remedy is too complicated or problematic. But if it looks simple/affordable/palatable enough then it might be worth the time to find out more details.
Chewing fresh time is great, especially if you live where it grows wild, usually hillsides or mountain. If you must rely on dried herb, keep in your mouth for a while, let it rehydrate before start chewing on it, or it will be like chewing a pinch of thorns.

I have blocked passages. Hate it. Then on top I caught a cold. I knocked the cold out with my kitchen stuff. Organic fresh ginger, turmeric root, thyme, cayenne, …tea Boil for a while- simmer- cool down til warm then add honey and a good squeeze lemon. I’m not sick now.
I’m gasping for breathe you go on about a load of just happens we had a bit growing in the garden. Did the job I’m still breathing and the gasping is stopped. It’s worked like magic. Thanks, you saved my life 88 still alive .
My grand baby is five months and she has a bad congestion on her chest and doctors told us that she will have to give her antibiotics, but I think she's too young for that so I'm looking.for a home remedy, can you please help us.❤
You can make broth with a purple onion and season it with oregano and or thyme and a dash of ginger. Give her about 4 ozs of the cooled broth every 6-8 hours for a day and a half. You can also put her in a warm bath and sprinkle the oregano or thyme in her water allow her to sit in that for 15-20 mins twice a day. And watch her nose begin to drain.. hope this helps
Hi you can also use noni leaves and place it on her bed and place a light blanket and it will help to suck out the toxins. But because she's so small you will have to use I one leave; that's if you can get it in your area. Also French time bush is very good for mucus, I'm just getting over the flu .
Something different - Try Oregon Oil capsules along with Horseradish and Garlic tablets (triple strength) ENT doctor put me onto the HR&G but you have to take it for 6 weeks or more, for post nasal drip.
Sinusitis Care Pack is a combination of 4 perfect formulations for sinusitis and chronic rhinitis exclusively. It has Chitrak Haritaki, Aller-G Care, Septrin Tablet and Anu Tailam.
You're speaking Greek! What is all that stuff??? I don't think there's a single ingredient in the list of stuff you mention that I've even ever heard of before in my entire life, and I'm 77 years old! I'll need a research team to discover what all those things are and to source them and figure out what you do with them! Perhaps you might do a video on the subject and show us first-hand all those details
Natural herb like Mint, Rosemary, Sage, Oregano, Stinging nettles, Parsley, Corriander, Rocket, Neem leaves, Moringa leaves, Dandelions soo many natural foods/medicines to use as we want desire. Not forgetting oil based extractions.
I agree with the one indicated that you say too many things before getting to the crux of the video.......hope that you could or may change that. The channel is informative only if you lessen the talk
Doesn’t work! I was left with pneumonia for a year, eventually blew a hole in my lung and it collapsed, barely ever treated with antibiotics, was totally left to my own devices. Of course you can’t get antibiotics without a doctor, so now it’s left me with a chronic lung condition. I’m over six months since the lung was inflated, which they left collapsed for two months. Never seen the specialist I was supposed to see, still coughing my head off and probably collapsed my lung again without even knowing, this didn’t work, still coughing up stuff and for some strange reason been blowing my nose ever since this all started in July 23! Seriously, the only way to cure this, because it improves when the weather is better, I’m thinking is to another country, because where I live we’ve had no summer for two years, you know who the hell gets pneumonia in summer?! Plus what sort of doctor leaves you with pneumonia for a year and then after the lung is inflated doesn’t write to you to see the specialist and tells you about the diagnosis months later and then realise they never gave you an appointment which you were supposed to have two week after coming out of hospital and leaves you in the same state you were when it all first started?!
Get to the point! Interesting information but, stop the filler. You must like the sound of your own voice or does the length of the video get more income to your channel?
When I get harrassed and goaded I tend to do the opposite of what the abuser is insisting. Thumbs down for being a persistent jerk, I will be nice and not report you because the info in this video is helpful. But not you!!!

This video certainly drags on before getting to the point.
Most of them do. It's like they have to meet a time requirement to make any money.
Just hold your finger on the screen and the video speeds up

Mullein is awesome for breathing issues, breaking up mucus etc, can be made into a tea , tincture or smoking it.
Mullein is also excellent for inflammation!!
Rosemary tea works well for clearing lungs too fresh older plants work best and it tastes good.
Im a suffer from pulmonary fibrosis and find drinking mullein tea every day really helps keep my lungs clear and oxygen levels up
Smoking it….? Probably is the dumbest idea ever!
@@sandrah2758they mean, roll the mullin leaves and dry, then lay the rolls in a pan and light it, inhale the smoke from a safe distance.
Never tried it with thyme as of yet but most certainly will. Interesting and informative video. Thanks.

I use store bought organic thyme in the spice section.
What's naturally good for blocked nose at night? I use olbas oil before bed but it only lasts a few minutes.
Check out nasal irrigation

Definitely onions the regular yellow or white onion. My mom made us as children when congested onion tea.
Food grade hydrogen peroxide drops or Lugols iodine drops in a saline nebulizer that the baby breathes in will kill the microbes in minutes

Oil of oregano is a natural, powerful antibacterial. Also mullein helps break up mucus to aspirate. Look into doss for baby.
Useful tips thanks

Interesting
Australian native thyme is amazing, hard to obtain x smells similar to marijuana.
Too much speaking and not much is revealed
Totally agree
You have great information, however, are selling yourself too much amid the teaching. Please do that at the end of the video.

More commercial for video than video
Must be getting paid by the word.
Honestly, I simply do not care WHY it works. Just get to the ingredients. I have COPD and mucus-filled lungs are a constant.
You are delivering long lecture but not tellling the name of that thing, we can drink or chew !
What is thyme?
Joogle it.
It's an herb used in many Italian dishes. You can add it to boiling water and do a cloth tent inhaling. It will open your airway
Blah blah blah blah blah. Just get to the point.

Why do all these miracle cure posts that could easily be less than 2 minutes drag out to 12 minutes by torturing us with 10 minutes of introduction

People cant stand a 12 min video, yet too lazy to use the internet to search 😂😂😂😂
Get to the point! Interesting information but, stop the filler. You must like the sound of your own voice or does the length of the video get more income to your channel?

Clickbait! How dare you post such a distressful picture right off the bad. It gives people PTSD to see that!
