    This is great.. I don’t know WHY all esk8 companies don’t do “how to” videos.. people are spending thousands.. they need a walk through on how to adjust and operate there pev.. good stuff 👏

      Also, the website shows 90a black... is that what comes stock with the board?

    Hi Russ! can you go over taking off the rear drive wheel/suspension unit. for servicing, that's more tricky. I need to check the power button wiring and need to inspect and possibly swap bushings there. the rear is more complicated. I might have to make a wheel support stand for that process. your thoughts? maybe in the next video. Thanks again for this video.

    Guys i love my endeavor, most comfortable ride i ever had!!! I have one problem with this video and my endeavor s!!! Today I noticed that front bushing is pushed all the way to the right and i have no resistance turning left!!! I noticed in the video ( picture from below) that side of the bushings with little lip is against the wall!!! Mine was the opposite and i thought that was the problem but then when you replaced it you put it in the opposite direction of the original!!! So got me confused for a second, which is the right way? I just placed an order for pack of 4 and it's a dilemma 😁!!! BTW i accidently ordered endeavor 2 bushings, doesn't look like it but is there any difference?

    • @propelvirtualgarage963

      The bushing has been overtightened. This suggests you should be riding on the next stiffer bushing up. Are you on FB? If so, come find me there (J. Russell Thetonia) and you can send me a picture. The adjustment plates may need replacing if they bent during tightening.
      If you arent on FB, we can find another way but thats easiest

    So I bought the new gray bushings and I tried to swap em on my endeavour S but it looks like the new bushings are 1 mm or so taller then the original ones, and because of this I can't get the tracks in the right position so I can fit the central bolt through....
    What should I do in this situation?

      They will go in, try using a clamp like this to assist you

      My white bushing is 2 mm taller. I need to apply hundreds of lb pressure to push the rod through. The clamp is not that strong, and even if I could do it, I doubt it will work as it should being compressed so much in default state. Gonna shave my bushing. This kinda sucks.

      @@ghakvonstruyk3608 We havent had any other customers that werent able to get the bushing in. They newer bushings are a hait taller. This is an adjustment we made so the wear of the bushing isnt as drastic and it remains closer to its original stiffness for longer.

      Theres only 1size bushing, has to fit. They can be a little tough when new, some folks use a clamp on the front end to hold it up into place while they get the center bolt back in.

      They need to revise the bushing to create a relief on top so that you do not need to remove the button. I had to pull the deck off and drill a new hole in the bushing to get the wires through. The button is soldered on so you have to unsolder the button or pull apart the connectors so that they fit through the bushing.

    Is it any different to do the rear one, since there are the motors and belts?

    • @propelvirtualgarage963
      @propelvirtualgarage963  2 года назад

      Some do the front, some do the rear, some do both. Im light, 135 lbs and I ride with the softest in the front and the stiffest in the rear but it has nothing to do with the weight difference between the 2 ends. That how I always tuned my boards growing up. As turny as possible but with no wobble

    • @localguy96706
      @localguy96706 2 года назад +1

      Difference between the rear is that your wires to the power button is going through the bushing. I carefully cut a slit and slowly removed each wire one by one. I was hoping that he would show how he does the rear, maybe there’s an easier way but I guess not.

      @@localguy96706 Yes, I apologize, I wasnt even thinking how the rear is different. I wasnt planning on having the time to make this video till later this week but bushings will be landing soon so I found a way but low and behold, the power button was missed.
      I will be making a short video on that later this week, sorry again everyone

      Very different. The wires are running through the bushing.
      Remove grip tape
      Remove 8 deck screws
      Disconnect power
      Disconnect two button connectors
      Either unsolder the button or remove the pins from each connector (take good pictures before you do this)
      Wires can now fit through the deck hole and through the bushing
      Drill hole in new bushing for wires
      Reassemble
