Toyota Mat is a ledgend and I couldn't recommend him enough. I order stuff from him to Australia and the quality and packaging is brilliant. He has a bunch of OEM stuff that only he seems to have.
Guys I recently purchased a 73 FJ40 for a project and have truly enjoyed your channel. Looking forward to many more. Maybe when we both get them done we could have a a meet up. Keep them coming. God bless.
I have spent some big money $$$ with @ToyotaMatt. His shipping boxes can survive monsoon rains, floods and sunken ships and he puts nice messages to the postal guys on the boxes. My FJ40 loves him…and you too Ben and Rachel
best tool I've bought - belt sander attachment (aka knife sharpening attachment) for my bench grinder. Dumbest... my handheld belt sander - or better known as my "how to eat up $100 in belts and only grind an inch" device. To be completely honest, I'm not sure where it is - and I know I don't care.
May be too late but Eastwood has a copper backing plate with magnets in it so it sticks to the back without having to hold the spoon. Works pretty well for me cause I need two hands to steady the welding torch. Also I didn’t see you blow through at all. Impressive.
Rachel, next time you ride the creeper, make sure you tie your hair up really well. It really hurts when you roll out and your hair gets sucked up into one of the casters. Ben will have to cut you out. Great job, very few wives would do what you do for this project!
Been there! Not fun. Especially being stuck on the ground or carrying the creeper with you. Hard to untangle or cut yourself free working behind your head 😂
Matt is awesome. He goes above and beyond on every order.
Yeah buddy, he's sent me some awesome stuff.

He's an outstanding support to the show... I have more kit he's sent me too.

Absolutely, ideally I’d like to have a PWW trip or some kind of gathering.
I like how Rachel’s knowledge of Land Cruisers is stuff is quickly surpassing Ben’s.
She's smart as a whip.

Matt’s a wizard too, I don’t think anyone knows Toyotas like he does.
It’s like Christmas at the Drapers!
Matt has seriously hooked me up.
Wow, cool stuff. That looks fantastic.👍👏👏👏🤩
Right?!
Great work Rachel!
She's awesome.
You are a lucky man. Most if not 99% of our wives would never go under the project car so we could weld above them.
I know. She's a freak too.
Got behind on the channel. That patch ended up great.
I’m getting behind too man, no worries!
Great ep.
Thanks bro.
You need to make your own difficulty scale based on your head: moisture and redness.
Eg “This job is a sweaty crimson level task”
It would always be crimson, red. and sweaty.

It was cheap, and I'll never buy another one. But, it did help get those welds flat before painting.
Wow, generous package!
YES.
i bought that tool, took forever and wore out sandpaper super fast. Ordered some better sandpaper, we'll see if it's any better.
I got some tougher grit bands for it, it got the job done but it needs some more power.
@@projectwrongway9127 3M bands on it.

Too late, but I ordered one anyway lol
If you want a good finger belt sander get a Dynabrade. But they are not $25 😜
Not sure I'll ever use one again except for that spot!
"No Rachel's were harmed during the filming of this episode"... well.. maybe a little. Looks great!!
She's one of a kind that one.

Sadly, I have zero issues to worry about there....
Great show!! Does VTP carry FJ60 parts?
Bro does he?! He’s legit, and his site is totally fun to just geek out on. He takes authenticity to a whole different level. www.VintageTeqParts.com
@@projectwrongway9127 Awesome I'll def be supporting !!
Dunno about anyone else, but I'm a tiny bit disappointed that classic teq didn't send you a big bag of hoseclamps...
Maybe next time...
My overflow radiator coolant reservoir is from a 1995 jeep Cherokee and I think it fits better...
Thats a cool idea.
@@projectwrongway9127 Well, it fits lower and is narrower - cost only 3 dollars
Bit of a stunner right at the beginning.. just sayin !
I keep telling her she needs more face time.
Sorry for the thumbs down, never thought I'd ever do that. But ToyotaMatt, no...
Sounds like a bad experience? Mine have been positive man, but things happen.
