    jump rope + squats + plank + push up + side plank + dumbell row + walking lunge all 1 min and repeating! great video man !
    I prefer: push ups + crunches + squats + plank and repeating over again

    why would this be the ultimate workout ? because of the diverse exercises? do they HIT ALL THE MUSCLES?
