My full respect to Gary Holt. He is awesome, and deserves all the respect. I still miss Jeff especially during the Antichrist. It was a great attempt of Jeff's solo though.

Yeah Gary ended up mostly improvising. I watched the interview. He kept just key melodies and pretty much whatever else to fill out the rest of the solo. I did notice he ended it a bit prematurely in Captor of sin though for this show.
Whenever I hear this banger it brings me back to their Toronto stop on the farewell tour. I was laid out at least 6 times during their set, I may have subtracted 5 years off my life expectancy that night. No fucking regrets. SLAAAAAYERRRRR!!!!!!!
