- When was the last time you watched The Avengers (2012)? There are so many hidden references to future MCU movies, Phase 2 and 3! Black Widow, Thor, Captain America, Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk team up for the first time to fight the Asgardian Loki and the mind controlled Hawkeye to save the world. With the power of the Tesseract, or Space Stone, and the Mind Stone, Loki is able to invade New York City with Thanos’ Chitauri army. Can Nick Fury, Coulson, SHIELD, and the Avengers save the day? Yes, they can. Cause we’ve all probably seen this movie. But there are still plenty of awesome easter eggs that will blow your mind on the rewatch. I've seen this movie more times than Einstein could count and even I never noticed that the Avengers blueprints at the end had a floor for each Avenger. Really good eye there.

While the Winter Soldier costume is awesome, I personally like the Age Of Ultron costume more. It keeps the look of the classic costume while also being super practical and realistic.

I loved that each Avenger got their own room section with their own logo to come with it, within Avengers Tower. That’s my favorite easter egg of the movie and my favorite easter egg of all-time

Every cap suit just keeps getting better except for maybe Infinity War. Although, that's technically the Nomad so I guess it doesn't count. Civil War suit would be the best one then. The darker blue and Avengers logo looks great.

It makes sense that Cap's suit is the most comic-like because Coulson was a HUGE Cap fan. In those days they saw his movies with the Winged Helmet and not his combat Suit from First Avenger.

Favorite cap suit is his 1940s, Howard Stark designed suit or Winter Soldier suit. In my opinion the first avenger suit represents the American dream and the purity cap represents and the winter soldier suit shows the darker and less honorable methods used today. That's just how I see it based on the movie's' messages on government and the color scheme of the suits.

A-113 is not only in Pixar movies. It’s in all sorts of animation because it references a classroom at the California Institute of the Arts where many animators studied. :)
1st suit in Winter Soldier is the best one from a realistic perspective and AoU and CW ones are kinda inspired by that outfit.

A113 isn't a Pixar nod. It is used in plenty of non-Pixar films. Pixar just popularized it. The first use of it was in the short animated film Family Dog on Amazing Stories in 1987 and was directed by Brad Bird. The short would later become the series Family Dog (1993) and would be produced by Tim Burton. The Brave Little Toaster (1987) would be the first Disney movie to use the A113. Here are some other movies that used it... Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011), The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013), The Iron Giant (1999), Terminator Salvation (2009), and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014).

Got a pop culture reference, kinda. When Hawkeye and the rest of Loki’s lackeys (haha) are flying up to the helicarrier, they say they’re hauling arms and ammo. Reminds me of how the rebels got to the forest moon of Endor in Return of the Jedi

Nice Easter egg rundown, but A113 isn’t a nod to Pixar specifically... its a reference to room A113 where many people learned the ins and outs of CGI and graphic design. This is referenced in many video games as well due to many of the artists/game designers taking classes in that room. I’m not sure of all of the history, but I thought I’d steer you in the right direction if someone else in the comments hadn’t beaten me to it. 👍🏻

A113 isn't just a Pixar reference. The number shows up in Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and in some Simpson episodes. It's the classroom number at the California Institute of the Arts where many graphic designers and animators went to. The animators who later went to Pixar include this as in inside joke.
Go back and watch the scene where they are arguing in front of Loki's scepter and watch how it looks like Tony Stark realized something manipulating his mind. Which was the Mind Stone in the scepter.
