I don’t k ow of the ancient one or ego would have held any interest for thanos. There are more powerful celestial out there and the ancient one had power the surpasses anyone on earth but not I think thanos, Odin however would deffo have been a deterrent. Only my opinion for what it’s worth
The "Get help" is one of the best part and my favorite. It's like a brother bond to me because it's like their remembering their childhood times.

i think Chris mentioned in one of the interviews that he used to do something similar with his brothers.
A sign that Ragnarok's arc between Thor & Loki was them accepting each other for who they are, not who they thought the other to be. And by doing that, they could start to be brothers again.

I think Korg introducing himself as "a thing" was a gentle nod to The Thing who the studio can never use for obvious reasons.
They can now though I believe. Since Disney bought Fox they now have rights to the X-Men and Fantastic Four.

I got the joke, it was just the way of describing it. Putting it like "I have been falling... For THIRTY MINUTES!" would've been better.

That was a horrible decision for Marvel to let that scene stand, so Loki a magical type god of mischief can't escape that falling thing at all.... So that leaves the question being why doesn't Doctor Strange just do that to Thanos, and all of Avengers Infinity War conflict is over.

Did nobody notice that the God of Thunder gets electrocuted 7 times?
Yeah, it bothered me that the god of thunder could be rendered helpless with some small discharge of electricity. It was a cheap fictional device that should never have had any impact on Thor.
Yeah it also turns his veins blue, which electricity wouldnt do. So its probably releasing some toxins or paralysing chemicals.
It looked very much like the god of thunder was being subdued with what appeared to be an ordinary electrical stunner, which of course would have been crazy. The writers should have supplied at least one sentence that the stunner was not based on electricity but some kind of neurotoxins (or anything other than electricity). This was a rather key failure.

it's an Obedience Disk, it's been used in the comics before and it's main use it to temporarily deprive people of their powers as well as "shock" them which is obviously not just electricity there's definitely a toxin involved. This is why in the chair scene where he says he's the god of thunder you only see his hands "sparkle" because his power is weakened after being shocked and it's why during the fight with Hulk when he's full on God mode the device is used to disable his powers.
Glad they made Hulk more talkative. I'll definitely be buying it when it hits blu-ray.

There was a scene in the script when Loki was so damn pissed off strange when he attacks Strange with his daggers. Suddenly the next shot Loki is holding two flower in stranges face. Strange took one of the flower saying “thx to Loki“ and port them to norway. That scene didnt make it in the movie....

When Hulk comes out to fight Thor, my first reaction was "OH MY GOD" with wide eyes and my jaw dropped..and the second I was balling my eyes out like "oh my god..hes not dead" I said that like ten times

The final stand of skurge in the movie was a double easter egg. The secondary easter egg was karl urbans casting in the Movie Doom as John "Reaper" Grim. The final fight against hela's horde is also a nod to the cover to ID's 1993's game Doom.

Something of a longshot but the part where Odin tells Thor while in Norway "This could be Asgard." Could be a light reference to Asgard being put on Midgard in Kansas prior to the Fear Itself storyline.
When Skurge jumped off of the ship at the end and landed on that spike it also kind looked like the Doom 1 picture. Karl Urban was in Doom movie.

The bridge fight is also a series of Deus ex Machinas, culminating with Loki's ultimate appearance. "Asgard, your savior is here!" Typifying both the literal God from a Machine (The ginormus space-ship) and descending from the clouds, in the classic Deus Ex Machina from theater.

Nope, sorry. Loki is the most fun. Loki as Odin, Loki vs Hela, Loki vs Doc Strange, Loki when Hulk appears, Loki when Hulk treats Thor as a Puny god, Loki needs help... Loki was the best throughout. Banner/Hulk were #2, then Strange... Hela... Then Korg rounds out the top 5
