Good video. You're actually animated, so it's never boring. When you pick Sage up near the counter, he doesn't distinguish it as a no-jump zone. Be ready for the next stage when he goes into heat. Just be mindful of your placement towards him. That time of the season was challenging and unexpected growing up with a male dog. They don't discriminate between humans and animals. Yep!
I have a poodle and she for sure has plenty of energy. Yes grooming every 6 weeks to avoid any knots or mats. He is so cute

It was too cute that he thought that you two were going walking. He is sooooooooo CUTE how can you say no to him? OMG!!! He's just the sweetest boy like you said. I like it that you are "like that" making up rhymes and dances on the spot. Gurl WHY aren't you singing someplace FOR REAL THO?? Yea I hear you on the stuff is stuff but stuff COST A LOT and I am not going to be calm with him tearing up my STUFF. But it comes with the territory and you knew what you were getting into and you are so good with it. My dogs just weren't chewers I did have a digger tho. He did dig holes in the backyard and worn down my grass in certain areas. You have done a GREAT job with him as far as we can see. He listens to you, he knows when you are serious. WE LOVE SAGE TOO!!

Hey girl hey🙋🏾♀️ thank you for answering my question. Yes they're still a puppy until they turn a year old, and yes when I got my girly she came with a doggie emergency kit. Sage is so adorable he has a beautiful coat you're a great dog mom thanks for sharing💯💯❤❤

I kept my fur baby in training for about 4-5 months. It really helped calm him, controlled the nipping, and reinforced obedience. I have a dominant breed(giant schnauzer) so it was very important and necessary. He's been pleasant ever since. There are still things I want to work on. He likes to jump too, though he's sweet, he's a big boy(90lbs). I love to see Sage's progress. He'll calm down as he gets older. Puppy energy

I have a Bouvier Des Flandres…got him when he was just 7 weeks old…my dog WAS and still can be a CHEWER! What keeps my baseboards and things safe is to rub a little vicks Vapor rub on it OR spray (i only spray lightly bcuz a little goes ALONG WAY!) “MURPHY’s Naturals-LEMON EUCALYPTUS OIL-insect repellent”
A lady who works at our local petsmart store told me they use vicks vapor rub in the store to stop the dogs from pee marking and you will notice dogs walk thru the store and touch nothing. This was THE ONLY thing that WORKED! As long as he smelled the oils or vapor he wouldn’t chew and he never scent marked in the house. Outside is fair game.
I took my last poodle to petsmart training and it worked great for basic commands. I now have a new 4 month poodle and will be taking him also. Looking into other private training just for something different

I changed my dogs food after a week of having her….she didn’t like the kibble so I started researching. And she has been on raw since then. It’s been 2 and a half years now. I could never go back, if I ever couldn’t afford it, I would buy her food and I would go without. She loves it, and is excited for every single meal. It’s insane

I swear we’re living the same dog mom life lol My Doberman is 10 months with the same personality as Sage. He even has the same orange crazy ball 😂 My puppy freaked the heck out when I first got it. Now it’s all jacked up because, like Sage, he’s an aggressive chewer. The only reason the ball still exists is because he pushes it under the tv stand within 5 minutes and I’m only digging it out once a month 😂🤷🏽♀️

girl I have a 10 month Goldendoodle and she is 66 lbs and we do an hour walk in the AM and a 45 min park visit (with her puppy friends even) every. single. night and she stillll get zoomies and grabs her toys. They gotta be on somethinggg. lol

I cut the quick on both of my dogs and it was scary. I understand why you wouldn't want to clip again. Grinding is another option. I grind my dogs nails and it is not as nerve-wracking as clipping.

Girl I got a second dog to keep my 1st company. ....I regret getting a second dog. It's so much work ,more money for grooming, more money for dog food,more vacuuming. It hard finding a dog sitter for two dogs. ..don't do it girl.

Boarding training scares me. My friends dog came home peeing in the house. His personality changed and it was an adjustment for him when he came back home. He was away for 5 weeks.

I have a 1 yr old Bernedoodle who is also a heavy chewer. I’ve purchased multiple so called indestructible toys and none of them have survived. If it’s any kinda stuffed or squeaky toy, he is absolutely fixated on tearing it apart. I’m sticking to rubber toys for future purchases.
When I first got my daschund I thought I would pull my hair out, he showed my antique chair, baseboard, window sills, top and bottom of my couch and love seat, my couch pillows. I promise I am not lying. He chewed my Gucci shades, brand new shoes I wore one time. That was short lived because I trained him not to along with train him not to go potty in the house at the same time.
Sage was talking back cuz he didn't like being told "get down" in front of the camera. He was all in his feelings.

my dog was a puppy until he was 18 months when i think he was in the teen years! hes 6 now and some people still say hes a puppy.
Sage looks like a combination of a man in a bear suit and Alf. Also, as far as the training, we took my dog to Petsmart for 6 weeks and all we got was sit and paw. Not because the trainer was bad but because Khloe does what she wants when she wants. So much so that the trainer asked if she was deaf.

As for chewing stuff…..my dog used to chew and bite everything, the remotes, THE WALL(idk how). I just scolded her and told her no everytime, she eventually just stopped. Now I can leave the remote on the floor and she won’t even touch it.
I used to do the same thing with my Yorkie when he came in the house. It took me a while just to have a dog in the house, so yes, he was getting the wipe down when he came in the door. I used to groom him. I have videos of him on my channel. PetSmarts Band us 😂😂 because he was ridiculous so I had to learn with the help of RUclips videos on how to groom him, My neighbor has a Pomeranian which the other neighbor asked me if I could do anything about the coat because it was so matted the owner does not brush him. I cut him down because I still have my leftover tools from when I had Yorkie. It took me five hours. I did not scalp him but I cut it down pretty close. The neighbor that brought him over to me yesterday I couldn’t believe it’s only been a two The fur has grown back so much already. I’m not doing it anymore. It took me five hours to get that dog un matted and groomed. The neighbor thanked me, The owner of the dog didn’t so you better believe I won’t be doing that favor again.

I really love your channel 💖 💖 💖, you're so funny and serious at the same time 🥰 🥰 🥰.I have a 3 year old Pitt that weighs almost 100 lbs., and he isn't mean, cause me and my son didn't raise him that way, he also likes to jump and play whenever he sees people, but people run when they see him because of his size, and I feel sorry for him cause he doesn't mean any harm 😞😞😞. But I wouldn't trade him for anything, my son said that I got him spoiled 😊😊😊. So, I understand how you feel about Sage❤❤❤.
