Wow! What a tent. 😃 I hope your garden is big enough to pitch to it out to dry/air after a wet trip Tony.
I strung it up in my room with dehumidifier on and left it 36 hours with occasional moves
love it that you lugged two tents on to Dartmoor...

I guess I'm happy to share if needed with one other 😆 I'm covered .... but yeah quite happy solo although I'll need a friend or companion to do a trip with. Got one or two options in time. They can share or use their own tent 😆 more space for me plus I wake up and make tea in middle of night and fart a lot 😆 🤣 thanks for watching always great seeing regulars returning

That tent is a absolute beast, I would personally live in that , Tony two tents has a great ring to it 😂😂, That bag looked like Mary poppins the stuff you were taking out ,
Lizzy looks like she’s going for a walk round the tent , there’s not many tents you can say that about is there . I talk in exactly the same way to my dogs , they really do understand dog language 😂

It's a bit bumpy around the area and parking a pain but for sure we should meet sometime keep in touch when you're in the UK. I've a few joint camps planned but hopefully we can sort something sometime :) I need to get onto Wiltshire Man as he's suggested a meeting. The biggest RUclipsr who's ever even made overtures my way :)
You do very well carrying the tent .I have the saitaris, and I know how heavy it gets in a short amount of time.
Hi Michael yeah it's not one foe travelling to far in a pack . The Saitaris is a lovely tent . I looked at that but for bad weather and solo went tunnel to pack on top of pulk with poles in place but your Saitaris is a beauty.
Fantastic tent, almost like a palace ha ha - plenty of space for you and the two dogs. Looking foreward to see the Keron in bad weather.
The next part and putting away its a bit rough and I'll try at least one spring or summer camp in it 😅 then see what we can do next winter

Good if you do winter or rain....(Scotland) camping.
But it will probably add another kilo to the weight.

Hi Tom no I never use footprint some like yourself like them but I see no advantage or benefit and much prefer not using. Funnily enough next part I mention footprints and why I avoid them like the plague (Chris Townsend never uses either ) but I do understand (although disagree with most reasons lol) that some do enjoy their use 😀 I did a video on them a year or two ago

I'm guessing your pack must have been closer to 18kgs surely with all that gear 😄
It must have been in 16-17 kg range at least. Keton 5.5 chair 500g so that's 6kg. A kilo for enan and pack and quilt plus mat so looking at least 10-11 there plus food two days 13kg power probably a kg and clothes and fuel yeah 16 quite possible at least 😀 it adds up

Yes although I suspect a little camp in snow will be the expedition lol I'm not looking to cross some mega snow cap 😅 😀

How big is your pack size? Mine is 50L, do you reckon I’ll need to go bigger 🫣😂
You always need a bigger one 😆 yeah 50L will struggle... it'll fit but not much more. Having said that watch my dartmoor episodes over coming week or so and you'll see it will squash down quite a bit in stuff sack roll tape I use XL so it gets in easy then quash and roll it fits in top of my 70L pack. The pack in this vid is paragon 58 ... it might not fit so easily in top of that . 65L should be ok or more. It's heavy lol adds a bit of weight to pack 😅

Are you planning any big trips with yours ? It's incredibly stable it was quite rough the next day and didn't move much. Very nice purchase enjoy yours.
