    So would a good way to train this quality be maybe standing in an extended position with your leg at about the specified angle with a band or cable machine and flexing your hip and knee?

      Standing leg curl or just working on your leg cycle but putting extra focus to fast knee bend

      Standing leg curl, knee raises, Nordic curls, SLDL.
