    Steam Rice (2 hours) with water in large stainless steel bowl (1 small cup: 5 servings). White Porridge. You can add any marinated meat with young ginger thin slices, green onion, basic seasoning, 1 tbsp shaoxing wine. White porridge (1 serving) in pot, water consistency, seasoning (White pepper powder, abalone sauce, salt), desire vegetables (Spinach, Tong Ngo, enoki, fresh shitake lives, iceberg lettuce slices, long yellow cabbage....). Extra Porridge measure in soup bowl, pack and freezer storage (1 week) no problem

    可落粒差唔多手指尾大少既冰糖落粥底度,但一定只可以少不能多!對粥底味道有D幫助!!

    Hong Kong Porridge is delicious. You would be surprised while I was in Hong Kong for 1 week 7 days, I have porridge package meal set (Porridge & g-cheong fun: steam rice flat noodles) and everyday at least one meal.
