- Sea-Doo Switch Sport on the crazy Kissimmee River this was an intense ride for the Sea-Doo Switch with tight turn and narrow trails but the Sea-Doo Switch Sport Compact 170 handled it great! We had Jun's World and Danny Duncan out there riding the Sea-Doo Switch Pontoon wide open and pushing it the the limits.

@@FloridaSkiRiders from what I've heard, SeaDoo doesn't have the swim platform on the Sport Compact and 13 footers due to emissions or something, but it still fits as an add-on part. Just shows available for 16' and 19' in the parts catalogue. Will be adding it as well on the Sport Compact!

@@ozzonairofficial thankfully the dealer added it for me on delivery (hush hush kinda thing). The Switch Sport Compact wouldn’t be the same without it! Now 14.5ft vessel. Holds a 18ft roll up foam raft from Costco perfectly!
Hi Im in Lake Nona and just got Seadoo switch sport compact 170.. new to boating .. does the battery last after a week or do you recommend disconnecting it ? Any help is appreciated

What was the old one called that worked with an existing 4-Tec ski? It was the one where you drove the ski up into a V shaped berth and strapped it in.

Not a foot but it can go through shallow waters while on plane
If your not on plane and just putting thru a shallow canal.. how deep does the water have to be to not suck up debris?

Can you do a video of tubing or wakeboarding behind this model? I want one and want to add the pylon and wake kit but the dealership told me that Id have to get the 230HP model. After watching your videos I disagree but would love to see it in action. I weigh 200 pounds and don't plan on going out with anybody but the gf and 2 dogs. Please!! Its all I have left to make up my mind. Thank you, videos are awesome!

How deep does the water need to be?
Depends on the bottom… it only needs a few inches, but because it’s basically a giant vacuum cleaner, you need to stay mindful of what you’re sucking up into the motor

If you got caught driving like that on a river where I am, you'd be arrested (and found guilty) and your boat impounded.
Our 'tree huggers' suck the fun out of everything; you can't fart without getting an environmental permit; headway speed only when: going under a bridge or around a bend in the river or within 150' of shore.
