I'm not sure but ,if anyone else needs to find out about plywood fishing boat plans try Joolaim Rudder Replication (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my co-worker got cool success with it.

how long did it take just to complete the hull before turning it over
Three months. (engine beds,constant velocity drive shaft system,rudder system,skeg in this stage)

anyone can build a chine hull in half the time and half the cost... and it won't roll as much ..
