i remember when the game ended when they were talking to the players and coach Kelly. i teared up a bit watching that senior class end a undefeated regular season. ND nation!
@@natekeller1569 Somewhat better. Leonard has definitely improved as he's picked up more of the playbook and has had a few months drilling with the receivers. So that's a positive. He even has a few long downfield completions, though most were against lousy defenses. Our 1-2 tandem of Love and Price has been the true engine behind our offensive success. Honestly, I just don't know what to think. We're about to have to face two, possibly three, elite teams depending on the CFP seeding. Our offense has yet to be tested against a truly elite defense. The closest we've come to facing one was in Week 1 against A&M and we passed, but just barely. I think any of the top 5 teams (with the possible exception of PSU) would present major problems for us.
@@Zapp__Brannigan I agree with your points. I think Riley had shown the ability to go downfield, and his run ability makes he and this already talented backfield so much more dangerous. I think if this defense was 100% healthy, this team could match up with any team in the country. With the team currently constructed, I think this ream can win 1, maybe even 2 games. But I think there’s not really a great team this season, outside of Oregon. I do think the home playoff game is a massive advantage. We’ll see!
This defensive line had to be one of the best of this century. They were 7 seven players deep on that line and they all knew what they were doing.

Best team in the nation! Go Irish!
Notre Dame Fighting Irish are going all the way... BCS Champs!!
jesus, these announcers were painful to listen to. The guy seemed depressed very time the irish made a play.
Me in 2024: Oh, so _that's_ what a downfield pass attack from Notre Dame looks like. Freeman, take note.
@@Zapp__Brannigan How we feelin now Zapp?

Yes we all know that the Irish would have crushed Alabama if the refs played fair.
