Mexican Deli Chicken Salad
Ingredients
2 Cooked Chicken Breast (Shredded or cubed)
1 Can of Veg- all Mixed vegetables
1 1/2 Cup Mayo of Choice
1/4 Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Finely Chopped White Onion
2 Finely Chopped Celery Stalks
1/2 Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
Salt Pepper to taste
Optional
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar

This Chicken salad pairs well as a lettuce wrap, sandwich, green spinach tortilla wrap, with crackers, or a crispy tostada.

I’ve made this salad a few times and I love it! The mayo mix is light, which I like, and I love the crunch and taste the red bell pepper and celery adds to it. Simple, quick and delicious 😋
I just made this with my own tweaks (didn't have the red peppers or can of mixed veg). Everything else I had. I added some cajun seasoning salt as well! I also added extra celery. It was amazing! My husband asked that I make it this way going forward! Thanks for the recipe! I love your channel! 🤗😁

I grew up eating this with tostadas and tapatio. I remember as a small child not liking it but now as an adult it's one of the things my mama made for me I crave often.

I make this keto, no sugar,no carrots, no potato, I also add canned slices of jalapenos and add a little juice from the jalapenos to the mayo mixture. We eat this Macs pork rinds, delish...😋😋😋

My mom likes her tortillas kind of burnt too. She's not allowed to toast my tortillas and if I accidently forget a tortilla on the comal, I just give it to my mom. I don't mind it a few burn spots if warming it over an open flame but on the comal, it has to be toasted just right. Very interesting chicken salad. I'll have to give it a try. My mom uses mixed veggies in her spaghetti.

You might try my recipe with chicken celery carrot onion all finely diced and pineapple chunks. The. The sauce is half miracle whip and half mayo thinned with pineapple juice a little. Lots of black Pepper and salt to taste. Love your show!!!

I am so sorry for your losses 😢 They are at peace now 😇 This was 5 years ago but I had a similar situation. Started in January of 2022 , we lost 2 aunts and 1 cousin, February, we lost 1 uncle and 2 cousins. March we lost my step and bio dad , 2 aunts and 1 uncle . April we lost 1 aunt. This time was so crazy. After about a year battle within myself , I found cooking and baking to comfort me , then I came across this channel and everyone here is grateful. We LOVE her recipes.

Oh hell yea. We make this for every party! I like making it with nonfat Greek yogurt for food prep, but when it’s party time, no substitutions please! And some good think tortilla chips and tons of jalapeños. Nom nom nom.

I nearly flipped my lid thinking why the hell they would put that in a sandwich when your supposed to est it with Tostadas! 😂😂😂😂😂 anywho, Chicken Salad sammich has become my fave 🤣.
