- Hello my beautiful fam! 🛑Pots I use in my videos- calphalon
Blenders I use at the moment, Vitamix a3500 and Ninja BL770
All my utensils are from Walmart 😊

Ingredients:
3 chicken breast you can use thighs too
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
3 potatoes
3 carrots
1/2 lettuce head
1 cup frozen peas
1 can sweet corn
Pickled jalapeño peppers and 1/4 c of its juice
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
Garlic salt
Salt
Black pepper
1 serving of love 💕

I did the same with her enchiladas suizas..I took a short cut.

Your recipes always bring me back to my childhood as well. This was a staple dish, when I went over my grandmas house on weekends.
That looks fabulous! The jalapeno juice is the "secret" ingredient that would put it over the top.

This is my new favorite chicken salad, i made this right after watching your video. I never thought of adding all the vegi's, i didn't have peas and i added a couple of boiled eggs because i had them, delicious. My wife and i had this chicken salad with tostada's, the perfect dinner after a hot and humid day working in the yard.
My cousin is half Mexican & I’ve never ate this until she made some & brought it to work. She served it with tostados & omg it was so bomb & the tapatio was the cherry on top ☺️

They looked so beautiful and they were yummy. I have been watching some of your older videos. You are such an inspiration and a real hard worker. You always have a pleasant and upbeat personality... I don't know how you do it. You are so patient and such a loving mother. Your children are so amazing. You do all that and still went to school. I know how hard that is. I do this but with shredded chicken, shredded carrots, celery pieces, shredded lettuce, mayo salt and pepper jalapeños on the side with tostadas and it comes out delicious! But can’t wait to try your recipe! 💕

I make it the same but I like it with tostadas and tapatio. One of favorite quick meals... if I want to go extra quick I use the can of mixed veggies. Taste just as good. Thanks claudia.

I love chicken salad. I make it without the onion and jalapeño and its still yummy! We eat it with tostadas 👌🏼
In Cambodia we make Shrimp 🍤 salad

Wow Claudia!! It’s Aug 2021 , u posted this a year ago. I just made it and it’s amazing !! This is so simple yet I’ve always been afraid to make it . I followed every step u shared , I did 1/2 Mayo and 1/2 SCream as I’m not a fan of either and it still wrk out . U have a fan in me ALWAYS !
I made thiis recipe yesterday. The only things I did differently was that I omitted the potatoes and I ended up using chipotle peppers in sdobo sauce instead of the jalapenos and the jalapeno juice. The next time I make this, I'm thinking about using cooked cauliflower florets in place of the potatoes just to see how it turns out.
This recipe made a large batch that I have plenty of the mixture left over. When I eat this, I intentional left the lettuce out of the mixture so that when I have future meals I can portion enough of the misture and laid it on top of some iceburg lettuce salad mic and it turnd out so good.
