No one freaked out, no force was used and everyone went on with their day in peace. Just depends on why/how the wrist got broken. If it was because of police negligence then they're gonna be sued. If it's because a guilty suspect was resisting or basically doing anything other than exactly what they was told to do by police then they get a trip to jail and a broken wrist.
The third clip was great, the officer explained everything that was going on and the suspect did not go crazy. Eventually things are going to be cleared up and resolved, no need to go nuclear over it.

Also no needless escalation from the officer, which is always less likely to happen if you just cooperate and try to stay calm. If you aren't a criminal there's nothing to worry about anyway. Other people that get arrested need to understand that handcuffs do not equal arrest. Detainment is temporary till they figure out what is going on, if you resist you just broke the law in front of them(obv) and hard to back track that.

What reason did they have to charge Hayes for unlawfully possessing a weapon? I can see resisting arrest, because that’s illegal even if you’re being wrongfully arrested, but how did he get charged for unlawfully possessing a weapon?? last girl is better than me, i would have filed that lawsuit, it seems that the officer already knew it wasnt her but targeted her based on the car and last name, They should have investigated first before arresting her, The officers never told her or the grandmother or the mother what she was in handcuffs for and why they were looking for her car
