    You have the BEST strength workouts on RUclips there’s not debate about that and the fact that you offer modifications is extremely helpful. I have an adductor tendinitis and have groin pain so the modifications alongside me using lighter weights than usual really help. Thank you so much for thinking of everyone ❤️❤️❤️

    WOO I was absolutely dripping sweat by the halfway point in this workout! Love the unilateral work today too, especially since there were no lunges 😅 great leg day!!!

    Love the fire round im sweating so much and I’m not even carrying a baby!!!! I love how u do this workout with the heavyweights and then fire round! What a challenge!
