You have the BEST strength workouts on RUclips there’s not debate about that and the fact that you offer modifications is extremely helpful. I have an adductor tendinitis and have groin pain so the modifications alongside me using lighter weights than usual really help. Thank you so much for thinking of everyone ❤️❤️❤️
